It was teh fun

What do you do when you're faced with a horde of undead in a zombie apocalypse? Who do you save and who can you trust? These are all issues we have seen a fair amount of time in games/books/movies. But what do you do when you have a small child who is starting to look to you for protection and being the good influence? This is the situation The Walking Dead Video Game pits you in on multiple ocassions.

Something that can be hit or miss in games is not only the writting - which let's be honest even now a lot of developers still seem to drop the ball on - but also the voice acting in games that feature a great deal of it.
The Walking Dead game by Telltale Games known to many from the Sam & Max point & click adventure games have really hit the nail on the head on this zombie infested game adaptation of Robert Kirkman's comic book series. Fantastic story on par with the hit TV Show and voice acting that makes you wonder why more developers can't quite seem to get the right formula.

It's not surprising this game quickly rose up to be game of the year on many people's list in 2012 including the Spike's VGA.
Overall it's a must play and I'm glad I picked it up again after a one year gap.
