Im disappointed that the developers feel the need to continuously nerf items.

This is a PvE not PvP game, and the more you nerf this game the more players will give up on it. I play this game for fun and to unwind, but lately it just feels like a stressful ragdoll mess.

You go into level 9 or 10 and the mass spawn of enemies that are now immune to the majority of weapons means you now have to take specific weapons to complete a level.

Instead of nerfing weapons people use, how about you buff the ones that are not.

Really disappointed in the latest patch having reviewed the game positively before, and I have played less time lately because of it.

Anti competitive practices cannot be supported.

Timed exclusives to other stores is anti competitive practice and cannot be supported.

Originally I had to request a refund as the game consistently crashes when trying to exit a cage during a cage match.

Having now changed to an i7 6700K and a geforce gtx 1070 the game runs absolutely fine, so i am adjusting my review accordingly.

The games been broken since launch with an error when closing

the instruction at 0X00007FFED135BBEF referenced memory at 0x0000000000000024. The memory could not be written.

i have no trust in the devs or capcom when they are too lazy to fix bugs from beta. Uninstalling and buying tekken for now .....

Didnt even know about redout until I had been playing omega wipeout on PS4 and was looking for a pc alternative. This is a fun game and can suit any time i.e. you can go into quick races which are fun or even career or online play. If you are into this genre of racing games then you wont be disappointed, or even if you are new, i recommend picking up this little gem. The graphics are nice and the game runs really well for me. Hope to see more DLC and it would be nice to get mod workshop support as well so we can create tracks and share them.

I bought this game way back when it first started on early access and uninstalled for a while. Game was ok just development wasnt that far ahead at the time. Now i come back to see not only did i purchase deluxe but now theres a season pass and in game shope ? wtf ? sorry but cant recommend greed like this - this throws some serious shade on DMS whos games i have enjoyed in the past, but this is a new low. Avoid this game and dont support greed.

I know a lot of people complain about the DLC in train simulator, however you dont need to buy all the DLC just buy what you want and build your collection when the sales roll around. I love TRain SImulator as it means that i can have my own virtual layout without worrying about where I can put it as its all on the PC. Theres something for every country and every era not to mention mods from 3rd parties. Go ahead and pick the game up and get on the rails :)

PLEASE READ ON HOW TO FIX THE BELL

By default the bell for this loco doesnt work correctly. To fix it (once downloaded and installed from steam) go to the assets folder for railworks (in my case) and find the following folder for this loco

SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\ES44NSHP\Audio\RailVehicles\Diesel\ES44

Then go into the Cab folder and find T_ES44_E-BELL.dav and take the file out (ie cut it / remove it) from

SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\ES44NSHP\Audio\RailVehicles\Diesel\ES44\Cab

to

SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\ES44NSHP\Audio\RailVehicles\Diesel\ES44

Make sure the T_ES44_E-BELL.dav no longer exists in the cab folder, it should only be in Audio\RailVehicles\Diesel\ES44

Having played cities for 125 hours I still have not got past my first city. Almost at 500K but along the way there has been alot of growing pains. The game is great for mods with a full workshop so you can do any custom types of city you can think of. Recent updates have fleshed out the game and I would highly recommend the game. Please note whilst GPU is important make sure you have at least 8GB or more of RAM. The city im working on at peak often takes up 6GB of system memory but runs fine on a 4GB gtx 960 at 1080p
