It's pretty crazy that this is an early access game and it's even crazier it's only 20$

Game starts simple and does well at getting you into it's atmosphere and it gets more complex as it goes on. The world and environments are stunning. For a game that only takes up little over a gig of space. This games beauty is really something else.

Only been playing for 8 hours with my brother and some friends and have already fought off giant cave trolls, battled 30 foot tree monster called elder, had our boat sank by a sea serpent...

An incredible crafting/survival game that other devs should be taking notes on when making future games in this genre.

This game is what other developers should aspire to when creating a remake. It is hands down the best remake I have ever played.

I remember getting this game for my birthday in third grade and my little brother watched me play for what felt like an eternity. That sparked my brothers' obsession with the resident evil franchise. I, however, did not play much of the following titles in the series. I would watch him here and there and watched the movies. I ended up getting an Xbox and Halo was my obsession. With the remake of the third one and RE: Village on the way I figured it was finally time for me to really wet my whistle with what Capcom has to offer.

This game is by far more terrifying than anything I remember playing in third grade. Parts in the original that have been implanted into my cerebral cortex out of sheer terror back then have now manifested themselves into brand new nightmares thanks to the modern revamp of the games engine with the graphics being some of the most realistic horrors I've seen even in Hollywood movies. I'm on my third or fourth playthrough and I still scream like a little girl at parts. The game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrifying. Between lickers popping out of vents, the 15-foot terminator known as Mr. X chasing you all over the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ place, zombies behind doors, in lockers to WHATEVER THE HELL those things in the sewers are... it's enough to give you a glimpse into quite possibly, what Hell is.

Iconic cutscenes, boss introductions, and other favoritable parts have been altered or changed in a way that keeps the game fresh but still so grounded to its core roots. Giving new players a great and new experience while giving the veteran players something to smile at in nostalgia.

Perhaps one of my favorite things in this game is the dismemberment. Really gives you that dead space sense of cutting your enemies down to a meat sack of nothing before pumping a few more rounds into their heads to make sure they're not getting back up.

The only thing I wish this game had was more content. Yes, I know there are bonus missions but that still is not enough. I just want more. Sadly, the RE3 remake ain't it. I'll review that later :/

bought this because it had cool cover art to go along with my profile. Game is cheap, so why not? Also figured, why not give it a try.

It was actually pretty fun at first, never really played anything like it. Enjoyed the colors and style quite a bit. However, even in full screen the cursor strays to my other monitors when playing, making it rather irritating and practically impossible to play unless i have only the one monitor on.

I'd like to give it a thumbs up and i know nothing really about being a dev but i kinda figured something like fullscreen mode should work in 2021.

Probably the closest I'll get to an underground experience. It has some issues, but still very fun.

Movie cut scenes were weird at first, but they grew on me quick. Story and characters are medicore and cheesy but it all grows on you more and more as it all develops. That's always been kinda of the charm to the NFS series tho in my opinion.

Customizations are there but I've played racing games with more. Save money to buy cars and parts. Car wraps are nice and easy to find with the community tabs. I also saw a review where someone said the handling was the worst in the series and I actually almost didn't buy this game specifically because of that. I'm glad I decided to get it anyways because it's actually the most customizable handling system I've seen in an arcade racer. Not only can you adjust the sensitivity and dead zones like usual. They have sliders for varies aspects of the car, like tire pressure, steer response and steer range, drift assists, launch controls, etc. After hours of game time and adjustments I was able to get the handling to perfection.

Graphics are beautiful. The lights shimmering off the rain puddles on the road and the building lights reflecting off your windows as you fly down the roads at speeds above 150mph just looks great and feels exhilarating.

The addition of gymkhana, even tho it's kinda poorly done was a nice surprise. Even more of when seeing Ken Block actually show up later.

Alldrive mode is pretty neat as well. There's a mix of AI and online racers, all racing about. You can challenge them to a quick street race or invite/join story races with other online racers. That with daily challenges and other online modes/races make the replayability higher than I expected.

All and all 4/5.

love this game but giving it a negative review because apparently R* just don't give a ♥♥♥♥ anymore. How are you gonna add a game that was working back to steam in such a mess? I'm fine with glitches and stupid stuff but when I have to constantly re-do missions because you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ coded ai can't follow me, can't get into cars, get stuck, disappears and what else have you. enemies spawning on top of me with infinite heath? game is absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. i'll suffer through it all because I'm holding on to what it used to be but this re-launch is absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥!

I can't believe it took me this long to find this gem. When I'm depressed I just sorta shut down. I can't really think right, focus, make much sense of anything and it makes playing games that I used to enjoy, just not fun anymore.

This game is something perfect for that specific aspect of my life. I find myself in 10x a better mood after throwing this game on and going through a few levels. the music, the lights, the entire experience is just lax and chill and it's something really up the alley for people who just can't get out of their heads.
