I haven't really tried to make the garg in a long time. I'll come back to it once I've done a few other things.

I'll probably finish the snark next. The model is pretty much done. It just needs better materials.

Heya! Wanted to run back and ask about the garg I've heard you're trying to work on, I've seen old photos of the original Black Mesa model which was more accurate and wanted to suggest maybe looking at those old renders if they help at all!

Yeah, Black Mesa seems to have always had problems with model replacements. So far I haven't noticed any problems with any other types of mods.

Can confirm manually installing fixes all issues. Not sure when Black Mesa began doing this but oh well :/

Can confirm that the houndeye, alien grunt, controller and a bunch of other mods not by yourself do not work through workshop. Going to throw all my Black Mesa VPKs into my custom folder and see how it fares.

Running by again, seems your houndeyes also don't work. Not sure what's going on but I'm going to see what does and doesn't work overall really quickly.

At some point I'm going to try to improve the textures for the infected models, and once I've finished that, I'll pack them into one addon.

They will still conflict with any other mods that are only enabled in L4D1 campaigns though.

Oh, I forgot about them. I didn't want to just reuse the same model, so I was going to make new ones for both of them, but I never got around to it.

I still want to do them sometime, but I'm working on other things right now.

Hey man, just wanna give ya props for your classic Black Mesa stuff. It's helped me fill in some personal gripes with the game (the bullsquid and alien grunt models were horrid lol but they are very old mod era models)
