So I Finished the game... I liked it, and have fun most of the time. In short this game is a mix of all the souls games with some twist of their own. 8/10. The Premier wasn't perfect, but I need to say that EVERY DAY we get a new patch fixing something.

Then we have the raiting. Now we need to split it , to explain all the aspect of the game, and you will see if the game will be 6 or 9 for you.


Graphic and Art Style
Graphic is Beautiful, animation is done well, but there are some strange choices.
Only Different weapon types have different animation 2 different 2h swords have the same animation pattern.
Fighting animation lock you in a place, so you need to be careful what you do. They already fixed the dumb 10sec picking up of souls, and the "you don't have healing item's animation. They are much shorter and you don't die because of then now :D
Art style is appealing Gold, Red and Blue constantly are mixing and fighting.

Sound
Good boss music, and sounds, but nothing that will stay with you for longer.

Story/ World building.
Story is Serviceable, don't know if other endings will build it more, but the world building is done well, every place tells you story the deeper you go, the darker it gets and when you want to know even more UMBRAL AWAITS!|
Character are, and every one has a story, but you need to extract steps to learn about it. (If you want to help or do something wait before advancing sometimes you can lock yourself out of the story)

Gameplay
Now time for the meat. Sadly there are some problems here. The combat mechanic is satisfying and impactful when you hit the enemy. Your arsenal is useful and will help you stay alive. The problem is with the enemies. There is a LOT of them, at first it didn't bother me you need to be tactical lure them run away, it makes you use your arsenal. The challenge was fun and kept me engaged, but then the last 2 location started. OMG that was torture everything had tones of HP and in one moment from straggling warrior I felt like weak .... . They where a lot of Strong BOSS- mob monsters withmany weak ones, but the weak ones get killed in 2 or 3 slashes (WTF) and they do a lot of dmg. They need to nerf the "Boss"-stronger mob monsters at least their HP. I think that they wanted you to play co-op when you go through the game.

Co-Op and Invasion are fun and finally work. (don't know about cross play)

Scaling of dmg is a little of in my opinion dual wielding 2x1h weapons is useless you do 30 more dmg then when you use a single 1h weapon. 2h weapons are like always strong but slow. Still recommend going in strength on your first playthrought
Devs said that daggers are OP (don't know but 2 maces where bad in the latter game)

The Lamp mechanic is nice i liked the moving between worlds, but be careful because sometimes the changing of the world can kill you. In the Umbrel world which you get in when you die or use the lamp is a Chase mechanic the longer you are, the more monster and harder monster appear it is fun and ads to the challenge, but in the end locations it loads in faster and faster, and it becomes more frustrating than fun.

The mechanic with making your own campfire is interesting and makes you question your sanity sometimes, but it is fun in new game it is not fun in NG+(more under)

Bosses
They are fun they is some challenge, cool mechanics, but the best thing is you know what the boss is doing. Some will say that it is bad that the telegraph everything but in my opinions it is a good thing, because at lest you know why have you died

NG+
One last thing i started NG+ and i understand that this is your idea of fun, but having only 1 permanent campfire is ♥♥♥♥, and in it feels like you want us to WAIST OUR TIME!
