First off, gorgeous view.

From playing and watching VR videos, This is THE most interactive VR game I've ever seen, as well as one of the most detailed games from start to finish.

I have the HTC Vive and it still felt immersive and enjoyable to play. Although knuckles would be superior in a game like this you don't need them to have fun and you can still completely interact with the world.

Gun-play is extremely well done. With such a small arsenal the upgrade station really expands on what to do and how you play. Finding Resin and ammo forces you to dive deep inside cabinets, buckets, even dumpsters, which made exploring the world really fun.

The Half-Life like puzzles are still there and fun to figure out, and the Multi-Tool puzzles are a neat design. The only puzzle I never enjoyed was the maze-laser... twisting my hand around HURTS and I'm always shaking it too much.

The environments are astonishing! Most of this game feels like you were playing a horror genre. When you're fighting Zombies with no light but your torch or being ambushed by Antlions you really start to panic. There is a lot of scare factor (Especially with Jeff, that was a horrifying experience to be even around him).

My only con about this game is there is a lot of death-pits that seem like you would be able to jump to (and this is a relatively small con). I think most of my death were from jumping down to what might be the next area until my headset bleeds red.

With all that said, extremely well-made game. There is a reason why this game is only VR.

Also I'm disappointed that the Hammer Editor did not actually ship with the game. Hopefully they keep the promise and ship at a later date. Source 1 Hammer in today's time is extremely frustrating to work on.

Funny

40GB of Missing cutscenes
Missing textures
Stolen Content
completely changed the source engine (in a bad way)
Even if this game had all the content, the gameplay is not fun at all
not even close to the half life story

Don't buy it

After playing 436 hours and obtaining every achievement, I must say, it was one of the best games I ever played on Steam. If you like Roguelike games, then this is the game for you!
