I would give this a 7/10 because it can be very unforgiving for new players. The game has a heavy bias towards Standard Weapons, Hacking, and Strength, and it is easy for a new player to take a bunch of kills that are underpowered or borderline useless, like Repair or Psi. It's easy to build a bad character for the early game.

Also it is difficult to find where the current objective is, and the late game is clearly rushed.
