Communicates reasonably well, but not someone you would choose to present a case effectively or to get across detailed instructions. Boris Asenov generally seems to listen to others and take on board their views. Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Not good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members. Able to concentrate and stay focused for periods of several hours, even when tasks are relatively mundane, and doesn't make mistakes. They have a high boredom threshold. Sometimes Boris Asenov needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal.
