Survival is using what's been given to you not waiting for better things to arrive, no one will save you. Take responsibility for yourself or someone else will and it won't be in your favor. Everyone needs to eat, they may not be able to choose vegetables, meat, bugs or humans. Expect betrayal from "friends" and family. Wisely collect only strong stoic men and maybe you survive to carry Y to next generation.
