Played this game in the final days of Open Beta and fell in love almost instantly. Pre-ordered and anxiously awaited the release. This game offers an almost nostalgic non-typical MMO experience that (for me at least) provides a throwback feeling to playing Runescape but in a more refined, 3D fashion. This game would not appeal to those who prefer your more typical story-based MMO filled with challenge after challenge, rather it is targeted to those who prefer a relaxed environment with minimal to almost zero learning curve where you can spend your days slashing up mobs in a action game style third person combat system or hanging out by the ocean fishing for hours on end.

Yes it is true the queues were rather long and unless you were lucky enough to click the Play Now button at exactly 21:00:00 with zero lag whatsoever you would be in queue for upwards of an hour. I myself got in mere minutes past 9PM AEST and was in queue until 1AM before I could immerse myself into the game fully. Considering the pure hype for this game worldwide it is to nobody's surprise that there would be queues and servers would fill up quick, particularly those ones with seemingly attractive names (AKA, Utopia). The response from Amazon to add more servers on day 2 as well as offering free world transfers in the future is well done and has allowed the opportunity for the player base to spread out.

Overall, this game looks beautiful and I believe there is a great foundation to build up from. As a long-time MMO lover I cannot wait to see where this game will go.
