This game is CS:S Surf Maps on Crack.

☑ Unique card-based movement/FPS mechanics
☑ Feels very rewarding to master gameplay & discover new routes/tech
☑ Hub area & Visual Novel sections provide some much needed downtime
☑ Vibrant and Striking Character Design & Art Style
☑ POUNDING DnB/Breakcore soundtrack
☑ Insane quantities of replay value per-stage
☑ Wonderfully voice-acted (feat. Steve Blum)

10/10 would AIM FOR THE HEAVENS again.
