Honestly, I am very shocked to recommend this game even with a friend gifting it to me... When it first came out and during beta days, it was one of the most atrocious pieces of garbage ever made. Now I would at least consider Fallout 76 with Wastelanders to be almost near a No Man's Sky level of comeback just due to the world at the very least feeling more lively. Now there are still problems with clipping and getting stuck on random objects just like Skyrim or FO4, but these have been issues for a long time with Bethesda's creation engine. The game still needs work on some aspects, but I feel that with continued support from the new studio Bethesda acquired, that we could see Fallout 76 become a much better title.

Was gifted the game by a friend. Thus far, I have to say that I do enjoy the game, but then again I also like anime quite well lol. The overall aesthetic is nice, even tho all the characters definately meet all of your standard anime weeb tropes. The character creation overall is some of the most amazing I have seen in any title that offers CaC and you can easily create whatever ya want from waifu/husbando to absolute monstrocity. Overall gameplay so far seems like a mix of a typical souls title and an action rpg that decided to have an unholy child together. There is some weight to strikes, though the emphasis is more on dodging and hit and run like your typical friendly Dark Souls, though at the same time, it can feel a little button mash happy with light attacks. Now in all fairness, there is some jank, such as wonky hitboxes and also the beginning does have a bit of your character sliding around like physics decided it wanted a coffee break. In my honest opinion, as the game stands without updates and dlc, I would give it a solid 7.5/10.

Basically Terraria is a like a 2D Minecraft... but better of course.
Intricate crafting system... multitudes of different customizable outfits... combat that requires a decent strategy based on weapon type... and of course (almost) infinately sprawling worlds that are obviously a huge sandbox.
Not the best review ever, but overall I could say if you like minecraft or any sandbox games you'll definately wanna give Terraria a try!
