The difficulty of this game is broken. I don't mind a challenge, but about 3 hrs into the game you get a boss encounter that's frankly speaking unfair AND if you do manage to defeat it by cheesing the game's mechanics THERE'S STILL CREATURES (including what was a mini-boss earlier in the same mission) coming in to finish off your panicked, wounded squad.

I really wanted to like the game, but the level design is atrocious - I'm supposed to get to the elevator to leave the 1st level - RAN AROUND THE WHOLE MAP 5 TIMES, THERE'S NO WAY TO PROGRESS. The game gives you no indication on what to do, just gives you an unreachable map ping. Don't waste your time.

It's an interesting take on the pokemon formula with great music. Doesn't reinvent the wheel, but does add several interesting mechanics that make the game more interesting.
- You can merge your monsters into a combined form that lasts until the end of combat (or until you cancel it)
- Attacking monsters with specific elements they're weak/strong agianst has additional effects apart from just dealing more/less damage (like boosting/lowering their stats, giving their attacks additional properties or automatically causing a status effect).

Do not buy this game on PC, especially if you have a newer rig. The game doesn't work properly, keeps crashing even when I try to use the community workarounds. It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ disgrace the devs haven't fixed it after all this time. I'm a big fan of JC 2 and 3 and it's a shame I can't enjoy this one.

This is one of the most relaxing games I have ever played. Just you, the road and your favourite radio station. Now excuse me, this shipment of cauliflower won't deliver itself.

The game does a tremendous job of making you care about your characters. The partially randomized story beats they follow really help in forming a connection between them and the player. 5 hours with my first party made the characters more memorable to me than many AAA RPG bloated open world affairs.

A simple, yet addictive roguelike action RPG with some card mechanics. A love letter to all original Diablo fans.
Basically the first Diablo if it was remade in origami :P

A fantastic open-world sandbox with dozens of bases to destroy, cities to liberate, vehicles to drive (ground, air and water) and stunts to do,

On one hand it's a beat'em up with RPG elements and serious police-drama kinda story set in 80s Japan. The story jumps between two protagonists - one based in Tokyo, one in Osaka.
On the other you can goof around dancing in 80s discos and bowling AND BREAKING BIKES ON DUDES' HEADS.
WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?
