The general premise is that he raised enough money to buy his own country and make his own laws. It worked out perfectly for him.... except nobody would give him the money he needed.... or the country he wanted.... How does everyone feel about Kyrgyzstan? It is currently the cheapest country to buy with the infrastructure in place to support my goals. I am open to other suggestions, but Kyrgyzstan is a beautiful country so you will have to convince this Alaska born boy to give up snow.
