The long put short is that you need either a lot of time or a lot of money to progress in this game. You can get to about 205 pretty easily, but after that you hit a hard wall of progression where you either need to sink in real money or grind your cheeks off.

That being said, if you want an MMO that's decently brain dead, is roughly reminiscent of anime and has pretty good graphics. It's solid.

Side note, the music is Goated . Some of the best game BGM in an MMO. Be sure to take a listen in between the fire and explosion sounds from your skills.

Grab a couple of friends, locate the nearest cave, and get ready to waste countless hours building the best box and acquiring the highest of gear only to die to Squidward in the name of.... fun?

In all seriousness this game was my first actual steam purchase back in 2011 and since then it always drags me back. I swear I'm not only writing this review for the Autumn Awards badge. It's legitimately a game that have proven itself timeless. I'm sure in 10 more years it will still be played in droves.

This game's charm has never worn off for me and I'm excited that the dev is still releasing new content far after the initial release. One of my proudest buys besides Terraria in terms of value.

Nepu-Nepu is love, Nepu-Nepu is life..... my only regret is that Plut's isn't playable in this game.

Edit: My other regret is that yellow heart isnt in the game.

Honestly didn't like the game much until the other CPU's showed up.
Story wise, Noire is probably the most annoying character to have be the main character, her normal tsundere ways are more tsun than ever, you'll tsun miss the games where Neptune was the main. I have never in my life wanted to tell an anime representation of a game console to shut up more than when Noire speaks.

Outside of that, the overall story isn't terrible, and the other CPU's are cool as always. Gameplay is interesting and although slow paced, its enjoyable.

One more thing. Vert is OP...how you a quarter stack of chibi....but you a full stack of fanservice? When Vert gets a game, I'm preordering.

I honestly hesitated to buy it, since it's gameplay looked kinda bland at first, but I'm glad I gave it a shot. The story (like most JRPG's) is rich and characters are all fully fleshed out in regards to specific personalities. I actually enjoy the back and forth banter between characters.

One gripe I have is one that plagues anything anime based, which is the voice acting. Don't get me wrong, the English is AMAZING compared to other anime-esque titles in the dialogue. In battle however, the English instantly turns into the notorious souless, dull, and repetitive dribble that subbed fans hate.

Overall a good buy, just keep in mind that how much you enjoy this game will greatly depend on how much you like the story and characters JUST as much as how much you like gameplay.

Well let me start by saying that the combat system is ok, yea, just ok. I find it fun and the different tactics you can use is cool, but it's definitely NOT the selling point of this game. The real allure to this title is the plot, that juicy, dripping, moist, tasty plot. I have never cared about characters the way I care about the ones in this game, it's like playing an interactive novel brought to life by beautiful artwork and poetic, melodic tones of emotion. I'll say it again, this game's best asset is its plot, this is a must have if you enjoy a good story over mindless combat.

This is a nice, easy-going puzzler with simple rules. However, don't be fooled, the puzzles later on will have you scratching your head trying to make sense of all the chaos. The art style is superb, a minimalist style coupled with brilliant colors brings on an airy and pure feel that compliments the casuality of it all. I got it on sale, but would recommend full price if you like puzzles that won't make your head hurt, but still gives your brain that mini nerdgasm from solving a good puzzle.
