This isn't the first recommendation you'll see for this game, nor do I hope it will be the last. This game deserves any and all praise it receives for being one of the most chill, heartwarming experiences to come from a couple hours of game play.

If you're looking for witty, relatable characters and dialogue, easy to use controls, and a journey about self expression, exploring nature and helping others then this is the game for you.

Relaxing, affirmative, and beyond kind to the soul. I can't recommend this game more! Send out questions, seek answers, help those that truly need it and restore faith in humanity along the way. :) Only good vibes here!

The base game for Frostpunk was enjoyable...and then they released DLC. FREE DLC, mind you. And it was amazing! More stuff to do, more challenges to accomplish. Then, I learned about the dev's roadmap to CONTINUE TO RELEASE FREE DLC!

Some may argue "Well, why didn't they just release it all as a full game? Why not wait until they had everything they wanted?". To that I must counter argue with this: This is an indie studio. A successful one, but an independent studio nonetheless. They released the game, saw the interest it garnered, and continued to improve on the plans they already had. And guess what? They will *still* continue to release more content and *still* listen to the fans of this game to improve on the quality of it. This is a big reason why this has quickly become one of my favorites games to date.

The gameplay is enticing, the graphic quality is beautiful, and the ever increasing amount of lore that comes with each release has me on the edge of my seat.

If you like micromanaging and overcoming harrowing challenges, then this is the game for you.

This game...it's damn near perfect. The art direction and animation are really tight and well executed, the controls are something to be envied and are incredibly well done, the music is captivating and remains in my head well after I've put the controller down...I am completely and utterly head over heels for this game.

I look forward to exploring more in this game. The sense of accomplishment you feel from gaining a new ability to reach a part of the map that was previously unavailable is particularly satisfying. I wish I had more time for this amazing experience.

I can't recommend this game enough. Anyone considering this game, don't consider. Just buy. Install. Play. You won't be sorry.
