Want to do all of this in the same game? Grab this game. You won’t be disappointed.

Been playing this game on a variety of platforms (PC, Xbox, PS4) since launch and it's incredible and come a long way. The sheer amount of things to discover makes it worth playing alone, along with the base building, trading, and now settlement management. Highly recommended if you're looking for something open world and in space.
