I'd also reccomend doing this for other big mods like EPE or TCT just in case.

I had a similar issue with CFP that you did and I found a solution so I wanted to share. What I needed to do was to delete CFP files, unsubscribe from the mod, wait for steam to verify the files (or whatever it's doing after you unsubscribe from a mod) and then subscribe again.

I've sent it long ago and at this point I don't even remember. I think it was something to do with steam grids, but that might be the other guy I have sent invite to a while ago too.
