Onechanbara Z2: Chaos is a hack and slash game where you chop up minions of the underworld.... with scantily clad ladies. Okay not all are scantily clad, but half of the casts are, unless you dress up the other half in similar outfits. Anyway, in this game, you will use your blades or other weapons to dismember, chop, bifuricate, decapitate zombies, werewolfs, gargoyles etc. You get to play as four women, with Aya and Saki making another appearance from their previous Onechanbara games (not on PC), as the representative of a Vampire branch clan called the Baneful, and the newcomers Kagura and Saaya that represents the Vampire clans. Aya and Kagura are the matured women shown on the game cover, providing the role of the big sister, also known as onee-chan (hence the game title), while Saaya and Saki are the younger sisters aka imouto.

You hack and slash your way through countless mobs, when they die, they drop few things, such as orbs as a method of currency, where you can buy weapons, consumables and moves. Occasionally they will drop a blood orb, which will increase your character blood meter. Once your character blood meter is full, you can undergo a transformed mode, where you will have super armor, along with a constantly replenishing Ecstasy meter, and Blood Orb will heal you instead. This mode is only temporary though, once expired, you will revert back to normal. The Ecstasy meter is basically your super meter, the more meter filled, the more powerful your super move will be. Each character have a total of 3 Ecstasy Combinations, though you will have to learn them blood meter. Your weapon will also have a blood meter, the more blood collected on your weapon, the slower and less effective it will be. To remove them, you will need to refresh your weapon, like cleaning it. Another meter present is the Cross Merge meter, where it allows several characters to join into the fray once their Cross Merge meters are full. Plot wise (that plot, not THAT plot), it's pretty straight forward. Go here and there, stop the outbreak, find the source of the outbreak, kill it.

Each level may have a boss, sometimes several. To effectively kill bosses, you need to sufficiently damage them, and do a QTE prompt that appears on screen. Some bosses have one prompt only, while some others have several at different HP levels. Failing to do or complete the QTE will allow the boss to recover with a very little amount of HP added back into their HP pool. Basically, as long as you don't do the QTE, they will stay in a stunned mode, until a certain period, where they will recover. This is quite good for farming points, if you are those high score type of player. Some areas have a mini arena where you are trapped until you cleared everything. At the end of a level or area, you will be graded on your performance (how much damage taken, how much points scored, death penalty and item usage).

As someone who likes scantily clad girls, they are quite an eye candy, bonus if you got the banana bikini outfit. Hacking and slashing about hundreds of mobs on the same screen is very bloody and frantic, which is fun. Moreso if all the girls are on screen, and each of them doing their own Ecstasy Arts, then it's a beautiful ballet of destruction. All bloodied up, covered with body parts everywhere while the girls are doing their own thing is a beautiful sight to behold. Especially Kagura and Aya, in their bikinis.... I mean outfits. :3

However, there are a lot of issues with this game. For starters, they do not support full screen if your resolution does not match the game's resolution option. When I mean this, there will be a black border around your screen, which will effectively screw up the Steam overlay. You can disable the Steam overlay for this, but it's quite annoying. Alternatively, you can played in windowed mode, though your graphics will be quite grainy. As mentioned, the plot is really simple, which is just an excuse for the girls to fight stuffs. Getting everything may require multiple runs of the story mode or missions, thus it's a mini grind in a sense.

Sometimes the game audio kinda slows down when going from in-game to the main menu, kinda like a slow mo music, but it will recover. The AI for a certain boss is pretty odd as it will derp out and just run somewhere, giving you free rein over him. Occasionally, there will be some crashes, but it's really, really rare. Though, when the game was just released, I experienced crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME the save file was loaded. I couldn't get into the main menu. Just an FYI, though I never encounter this crash anymore. The biggest offender this game has is the input displays. Since it's based on a console port, WHY ARE YOU SHOWING ME A DOUBLE CIRCLE INPUT WHEN I AM USING A KEYBOARD?! To make it worse, WHY IS IT BINDED TO NUMPAD 2 when nothing about it is mentioned in the keybinding options?! This is another problem faced by another game that was released at the same time, which was Senran Kagura. It will show you the input for the console controller, but NOT for the keyboard. WHY?! You will have to find out the keys for some QTE prompts via trial and error, which is quite infuriating.

Overall, despite the issues faced when I got this game, other than the resolution issue, everything was quite alright. I spent many hours on it, mindlessly killing everything I see in my way, admiring the rear view of Aya and Kagura (sorry Saaya and Saki). I can safely say, if you are into these kind of hack and slash games, with scantily clad women, and also able to play dress up with them, go ahead get this game. Though make sure your parents or other (younger) siblings aren't watching you play this game, due to the excessive blood and violence (and nudity I guess). Also get it when it's on sale, as it's way more worth it then. DLCs... I guess if you are into dressing up. Though I really hope you will have a relatively trouble free playthrough with this game.

A 5.5 out of 10 rating from me.

Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus is a 3D hack and slash game, where you find a horde of mobs of female ninjas, before fighting a boss. Unlike your typical hack and slash game, in this game, whatever damage done is being experienced by the clothing worn, thus the more damage a ninja takes, the more parts of their clothes fall off. In other words, ripping and tearing fabrics is the name of this game, in a manner of speaking.

Basically, like normal hack and slash game, you have your weak attack, strong attack, guard and parry and transformation. Weak attack is fast but its deals little damage, while strong attack hits hard, but are slower. Charging it up will also allow you to break the enemy's guard, in case they are too block happy. Guarding is basically to reduce the damage taken, but it can be broken by guard breaking moves or ninja arts. Parrying, is basically guarding done at the right time. If you block at the right moment an attack lands, it will counter and stun an enemy. Some guards just stun, while some guards will launch them for a juggle. Nevertheless, it will give you a meter of ninja energy.

Transformation, boy this is where it gets interesting. You have two forms; one is the ninja transformation, which require a ninja meter to do so. This transformation will change the girl's appearance into another outfit (or for a certain girl, bust size), which some nice camera shots on their bust and hips. The other one, is the Frantic mode, which basically strips your character into their underwear. In this form they take more damage (obviously), but at the cost of improved offense. Both have their pros and cons, and have certain unique traits. In both forms, they can use the ninja super art, which is basically a super move. Depending on which super move used, it can basically inflict enough damage to rip a part of their clothes off. Special mention to the ultimate ninja art though, as it's only available at a certain point in the game and when you are low in HP. If you finish off a person with this move, and they are in their undies, prepare for their undies to be ripped and teared into oblivion.

Basically, there are two type of story modes, which are the school one and the character one. The school one is about 24 chapters (except only a certain school have 25), while the character one are only 5 chapters. Each school storyline is supposed to tell what happens in that school and are supposed to be interwoven together. By playing through those story modes, you can level up your character stats, where depending on the transformation mode you stay in (default, ninja transformation, Frantic), it will up your stats for a certain area. For example, if you max out your Flash stats, which is for staying in default outfit mode, you can do an infinite air juggle.

This game itself is a massive fanservice. Pervs... ahem, people who like this type of game will really love it. You can dress up the girls with whatever outfits, hairstyles, ninja outfits and lingeries that you want. It's practically a semi-Barbie doll simulator. Plus, there are many type of lingeries, you name it, conventional, G-string, thongs, C-strings, etc, you name it. Also, you can, err, "play" with them in the dressing room. Clothes? They are meant to be ripped and teared, if you know what I mean. Combat wise, there are plenty of mobs to kill. Air combos, super moves, parries, it's pretty fun and frantic, especially on hard modes, where mobs start to inflict massive status debuffs and have increased aggro. Story wise, it's quite decent, as there is a total of about 99 chapters for the school, and about 110 chapters in total for the character stories.

There is also online mode for this game, where you get to duke it out with other characters. There are 3 modes, which are deathmatch, capture as many panties as possible and strip as much clothing as possible. They either come in individual mode, or team mode. I didn't tried it out much, but oddly, while doing an AI battle for this, it actually lowers my FPS badly for some reason, despite the fact that there are not many mobs on screen.

Though, in hard mode, sometimes the leap in aggro is a bit too much. In normal difficulty, they are pretty docile, however in hard mode, they will spam attacks like no tomorrow. Special mention to a certain mob that ONLY blocks in that mode, so you have to continuously guard break them or use the ninja arts just to kill them. If you are in Frantic mode, one slip up will get you killed. Also over time, the game gets practically repetitive. It's basically hack and slash until you meet the boss, and defeat her. Levelling up a character to max level is not so bad, as you can reach max level just from playing in normal difficulty. However, levelling up all the character stats will be a chore. Doing all the character story quests and school story quests in both normal and hard difficulty mode, will most of the time, not max all of your stats in one play through (unless you are Hanzo Academy though, especially that certain chapter which is really useful for grinding), thus you need to replay certain valuable chapters just to max them. If going for all of the character stats, it will be a massive grind and chore. Enemy boss AIs, on hard difficulties, will have additional bonuses, such as a longer period of i-frames, easier to escape juggles, and consistently do air clashes, which makes it quite irritating. Worse offender is easily the DLC final character chapters, where the boss is practically a huge leap from all the other character story chapter. Heck, it's even harder than the final battle itself! The biggest issue this game have, are the input displays. I want to see what my buttons corresponding to A and B is during the info prompts, not see just "press A/ B". I don't know which button is A and B when the keyboard binding option doesn't state it!

Overall, I would recommend this games to people who like a decent hack and slash, with a huge dose of fanservice. Though I would admit, get it during the sales, as it will be more worth it's price. However, if you are ripping and tearing clothes, make sure your parents or younger siblings are not watching you doing so. Overall verdict: 6.9/10.

Dreadout is an Indonesian indie horror game, which focuses on Linda Melinda. Trapped in an abandoned town, and armed with her trusty Irisphone, she whips it out to exorcise ghosts with her trusty camera on her smartphone. If that sounds similar, it's because it's quite similar to the Fatal Frame series.

Linda will encounter many types of ghosts, some visible normally, some only visible by the camera, and some only visible by the camera by certain means. To exorcise them, she needs to take a picture of them in the camera. Some ghosts can simply be exorcised by taking a picture of them normally, while some can only be done so by taking a picture of their weak points. Once exorcised, their entry will enter Linda's book of ghostbusting, in terms of their relative origins. And as the background of the game implies, most of the ghosts are based on Indonesian horror folklores.

You can swap between third person or first person view. First person view is obviously for camera snapping, while third person is mainly used to navigate Linda across the town, or to reposition her effectively, as in first person view your movement is slower than usual. Ghosts will attack you physically and magically, and when she dies, she will enter a limbo realm, which she is allowed to return to the realm of the living.

As there are very few games that are similar to the Fatal Frame series on PC, I must say, this game is pretty unique. Also, unlike many games, the hints in this game is extremely vague. If you are playing it for the first time or so, you may be clueless as to what to do next, since it doesn't tell you what to do completely. It's pretty interesting, yet frustrating at the same time. Also sometimes the ghosts actually gets bugged out, where even though they should be dead, yet they aren't. This will occur if you do something which is not exactly as the game dictate, for example, using the SLR camera instead of the Irisphone for a certain event. It's avoidable, but if you are playing it on your first playthrough, then it may happen.

This game actually have quite a lot of jumpscares. It's shocking for the first few times, but when the ghost attack is so, it gets pretty annoying. I don't want to get screamed right in my monitor repeatedly. Also, as I mentioned earlier about the limbo realm, you can't actually die. She will never move on, but continue to return to the land of the living. The biggest issue about this game is that, it's short. On your first playthrough, it will take much longer, since you will be cautious of the environment and also get stuck due to the lack of hints. However, once you know how it goes, you can finish it really fast, within 2 hours or less. Even in one playthrough, you can get many achievements in one go, which is something achievement hunters will actually like.

Overall, I say it's a decent indie horror game. There are not many horror games which uses a camera to exorcise ghost on the PC, so it's pretty unique. Horror fans will love this game. However, it's kinda short and jumpscares tend to get really annoying over time. I would suggest to get it during a sales though. Also get the Keepers of the Dark standalone DLC. It will explain the story a bit more better as the plot of that game occurs somewhere within this game storyline, though don't play it first, as you will really be clueless on what to do.

DreadOut: Keepers of the Dark is a standalone DLC for DreadOut. If you played the first game, then you will know when this part occur in the timeline. Otherwise, you will be slightly loss, as to why is the main character, Linda at that place, why is she equiped to the brim etc. Anyway, if you played the original DreadOut, then you will know how the gameplay is, but for the newcomers, it's practically similar to the Fatal Frame series. You will not use a gun, nor magic, nor an exorcist talismans, but a camera to exorcise the unwanted beings from beyond.

Basically, while the Fatal Frame series take place in Japan, this game takes place in Indonesia, so you will see several supernatural beings that belongs to the Indonesian horror folklore. Some are bad ghosts, which you need to exorcise, while some are relatively neutral ghosts, which will not harm you if you do what they want for their final requests. In this game, you are in some kind of limbo realm, and you have to act as a Ghostbuster team of one to escape this realm. If you die, fret not, you will just enter another limbo of undeathness.

I have to say, being a person that gets spooked by horror games, I got spooked countless times. The music is eerie, the atmosphere is chilling, and the most important part is the jump scares. Yep this game have tons. From a ghost instantly killing you, or screaming at you, there are tons. It's a jump scare bonanza, though some jump scares here are absolutely ridiculuous because I am either moving away from the boundary of the realm, or for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason, the developers devide it to be so. I mean, who puts a damn jump scare near the portal?

Graphic wise, well this is made by an Indonesian (obviously) indie company, so it's not that pretty like those AAA games like Dead Space, Doom or so, but it's adequate, however I can't say the same for the cutscenes though. The cutscenes rock a freaking low FPS somehow. Also without knowing much on the gameplay of the first game, you will be pretty lost in what to do, how to swap cameras etc. Heck, even if you do know it, you may also feel lost at certain parts of the game (I am looking at you, you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ assassin ghost). However, the biggest gripe of this game is that it's really short. In one playthrough, you may complete collecting everything, exorcise every ghosts and complete all the game achievements. That's about 3-5 hours of playtime.

Still, I will slightly recommend this game, just because there's not much game that uses the camera as a weapon (Fatal Frame is not available on the PC unless you use other means), and it's pure hardcore horror. Wait for the sales to get it, as it will be slightly cheaper then, making it worth the money. Just be careful of the jump scares though, as it's definitely not for the faint hearted.

Borderlands 2 is the sequel to Borderlands 1, which is basically a gun lover's wet dream, due to the insane amount of guns in that game. If Borderlands 1 had that many guns, Borderlands 2 can't have more that what it boast right? WRONG! This game have about 87 million guns, far more than Borderlands 1. It's practically able to make gun lovers climax from hearing the gun counts. Anyway, its an FPS game with RPG-esque elements, with an emphasis on FPS actions.

In this game, you get to choose 4 characters by default, an additional 2 if you bought the character DLCs. Each characters have their own action skills and skill trees. Depending on what you decide to invest on, you can get either a medic build, glass cannon build, melee build etc. They also poses no restriction in terms of what weapons you can use, so fire away, Vault Hunter!

As mentioned earlier, guns. Lots of guns in this game. Lots of guns to shoot mobs at. Lots of guns to burn mobs at! Lots of guns to dissolve mobs with! Ahem, basically there are lots of guns. In addition to guns, you have other miscellaneous items that help to boost your characters, similar to RPG trinkets. There are many bonuses that they can provide such as increased health regeneration, boost to skills, more ammo per magazine, higher fire rate etc.

The story of a game is basically about you, a Vault Hunter, trying to fight against a tyrannical corperation, more specifically, one dude. Who is handsome. I think. Along the way, you will get side quests, in addition to your main quests for the storyline, like RPGs. At the end of the story, you may proceed to the next difficulty, or if you are already at the highest difficulty, farm bosses for the best loot possible. Many characters from the first Borderlands return as NPCs or supporting characters as well.

One of the main thing I really liked about this game is the respecable skill trees. You don't need to create a new character, just find the nearest characterization station, and reset your skills! Easy way if your skill build is not working, or if you want to try another build without creating another character. Drop rate, oh boy drop rates. About half of my playtime here is just farming bosses for the loots that I want. The drop rate is not that bad to be honest, at least better than other RPGs I played, such as Diablo 2, since each bosses and a slightly higher chance to drop a specific item. If you wanna get, for example a Lyuda, farm Gettle. That's it. No need to farm other bosses just to find that Lyuda.

Character dialogues are really cheesy, and fun! For example, an enemy Psycho started quoting Hamlet while chasing me. He talked for 2 whole minutes, reciting the entire line for that act in Hamlet. I had to aggro him just to hear him out completely. Or Krieg the Psycho (DLC character), which keep talking about nipple salads and having the shiniest meat bicycle. It's completely incomprehensible, yet funny to hear all the time. And Gaige the Mechromancer 9the other DLC character) will keep talking how n00b they are, or rambling about anarchy and smashing the system.

As mentioned, this game is similar to an RPG, so eventually the mobs get stronger and stronger. Normal headshot won't kill instantly, depending on the gun damage and the mob health (unless you are overlevelled or you have a really good gun with a good stats). So in the end, it goes from ripping and tearing mobs apart to fighting meat sponges. Their damages ramp up as well, but beware, some mobs can 1 shot you into a dying state. During dying state, you need to kill someone to revive, or get someone to revive you if its coop. Otherwise, it's back to the respawn stations. Some mobs are fine, like animals, but the humans? "I'ma hide behind this cover, and I'm not gonna take pot shots." Good luck from killing that coward though. Death does not make you lose experience though, only money, so it's not so bad. As mentioned, due to the meat sponges tendency of the mobs, basically this game is screaming at you to play it in coop. It's more fun that way as well.

Overall, I would highly recommend it. Fan of the first Borderlands will really like it, FPS players may enjoy it, though some RPG elements may or may not be to their liking. Drop rate are reasonably fine. Soloing the game is possible, but it's way better to play it in coop. Also get the GOTY edition. The DLCs are really worth it (though I have yet to get them, eventually I will).

Now get out there and blow stuff up!

Huniepop is a misunderstood game. Underneath all that sexual contents lie a relatively fun puzzle game. Think of it as Bejeweled, with sex. Basically all you need to do in this game is to match tokens. The more tokens you match, the better, as it will net you more score and, and sometimes a power up token, which if broken can net even more score. Some girls prefer different type of tokens, which will net you more score if matched, though they may dislike certain tokens, which if matched, won't make you lose your score, but you will get very little points for doing so. There are also penalty tokens, which will reduce your score if matched, and some power up tokens, which provide some bonuses to the tokens matched, or allows power ups to be used.

Other than the puzzle aspect, there is the dating aspect, where you need to buy stuffs for whoever you are dating. Some girls like certain types of items, which will help you in terms on improving your traits. Some items, if given to certain girls, will net you a present in return. This present will contain an item which will help you in your dates (aka some power up used for the puzzle sections mentioned earlier). Some power ups are useful depending on your style of playing. Once you have dated all the girls, you may unlock another mode, where the difficulty keep on increasing. Basically the date never ends (three cheers for endless polygamy and dating behind the girls back).

There are many types of girls you can date. You can choose the girl net door, the Asian, the MILF, the cougar, the mega betch and so on. They have different personalities, but this does not really affect the gameplay aspects of this game. It's mostly on your preferences on who to date, though note that under certain circumstances you may unlock additional girls to date. Once you reached certain amount of..... love meter, you will get to sleep with them if your date at night is successful. This will consist of another puzzle game, albeit without the penalty tokens mentioned in the usual puzzle games. Keep breaking them and you will hear the girl moan a lot, once you filled up the meter, you will get to hear the girl reach her climax, and a CG image of the girl naked (or semi-naked). Yay.

Overall, if you like puzzle games and massive fan services, you may enjoy this game. Just don't play this game in front of your parents or children. They may think you are some kind of a weirdo. I know I am one.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is the prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order. You play as William "B.J." Blazkowitz again, but this time you will be placed in a environment very similar to Return to Castle Wolfenstein or Wolfenstein 3D. In fact, I shouldn't say similar, as some part are 99% similar, since its basically a reimagination of what happens in Castle Wolfenstein. From the beginning until the middle part of the story, if you are familar with the lore of Wolfenstein, you will know what happens to BJ.

Gameplay wise, it's exactly the same as The New Order. You are a one man army, carrying many, many big guns while gunning down ♥♥♥♥ goons. ♥♥♥♥ soldiers, armored ♥♥♥♥ soldiers, ♥♥♥♥ dogs, ♥♥♥♥ officiers, mechanical ♥♥♥♥♥, heavily armored ♥♥♥♥♥ etc, just like The New Order. Some area you may have to pass through by force, but some you may stealth through them, though you can also do it guns blazing, until you reach your destinated checkpoint area.

Weapons here are very similar to The New Order, though since it's a prequel, the weapons here are the World War 2 variant, with some weapons having secondary modes. For example, the pistol (Luger) here can be made into a silencer by putting on the silenced barrel. You can duel wield them as well for more firepower, though you will be slowed significantly. You can also take some heavy machine guns to use as well, though your movement here will be even slowed and some actions are restricted.

Movement here, again is very similar to The New Order. You can sprint, slide, croutch, fire behind cover and so forth, while single or dual wielding. As mentioned earlier, some actions like sprinting cannot be used while wielding a heavy machine gun. Perks are back in this game as well, though not in excessive amount as in The New Order, and they are fairly achievable at a relatively quick rate. These perks will enhance your capabilities for certain weapons, more ammo pickup, or even allow you to hold a heavy machinegun permanently.

Enemy AI here is the same as in The New Order, which is shoot you until they die or you die. They are relatively accurate, though a bit slow on the pickup on dead bodies (though occasionally they will notice it somehow). ♥♥♥♥ officers or kommandant are placed in relatively safe spot, so getting to them without raising the alarm will be a bit tricky. Their accuracy here is deadly, no matter which difficulty you play in, as they will tear you to shred if you are not careful (and apparently they have unlimited grenades, so be prepared for the grenade spam on higher difficulty, though you can throw it back to them, its really risky as a grenade can outright kill you if you don't have any armor). This is where the cover fire comes in. ABUSE IT. It will save your life, in fact it can help you survive the onslaught. Strafing in and out may help as well, but cover fire is a much safer way. Do be careful on breakable objects though.

The story here is similar to Return to Castle Wolfenstein or Wolfenstein 3D, which is to say, quite alright for me. Halfway through the plot, there will be a slight twist in the story, where you may have to alter your play style a bit (though you still have to retain how you fight in the 1st half of the story). However, the biggest crime here is that, the story is really short. it's about half (at most 5/8th) of the length of the story in The New Order, so replaying campaign is either for unlocking perks, or finding all the collectibles. If you count the secret levels per map then the story is approximately 3/4th of the storyline of The New Order, though these levels don't contribute to the story line.

In order to compensate for the short story line, there is a challenge mode, where you replay certain encounters, but now they are scored based on your performance. You scored based on kills and other performances. Though there is a timer for these challenges, it doesn't really contribute much other than the fact that your time may be faster than others, for a similar score. Finishing a map in a longer time is no difference than speed running it. The best and worst part of these challenges are the playstyles they impose on you. In order to score high, you need to kill EVERYTHING. These challenges also include the stealth sections, so stealh here doesn't reward much, as you will lose out some points due to the lack of goons to kill, as compared to raising the alarm here. This doesn't really matter if you are playing the combat maps though, since you just need to kill all of them, as they already know your existance.

Again, like The New Order, this is a single player game only. There are no multiplayer modes here, so sorry to people who want to frag others with the Bombenschuss. Bonus mention here for nudity. No, there are none here, unlike the New Order. Sorry to disappoint.

Overall this is a great single player FPS game, like The New Order. If you are a fan of Wolfenstein, or the New Order for those newcomers, or even single player FPS game, get it, especially when it's on sale. It will cost slightly more then The New Order even on sale, but it's worth it. Multiplayer fans will not enjoy this game at all.

Auf wiedersehen, mein leben.

Wolfenstein was one of the oldies from the 90s, which was also one of the old pioneers in PC FPS games, alongside with Doom, Duke Nukem and Quake. The New Order can be said as a sequel to 2009's Wolfenstein. In this game, basically you are BJ Blazkowitz, who is an OSA agent fighting his way through ♥♥♥♥ army to settle a score with his old nemesis Deathshead. If you know the meaning of the term "New Order", especially for ♥♥♥♥♥, you will have a rough idea of the plot and the environment of this game.

Basically, as a FPS, you shoot your way through ♥♥♥♥ enemies. There are many type of enemies here, like the basic ♥♥♥♥ footmen, armored ♥♥♥♥ footmen, ♥♥♥♥ astronauts, ♥♥♥♥ armored super soldiers, ♥♥♥♥ commanders, ♥♥♥♥ dogs, ♥♥♥♥ armored dogs, ♥♥♥♥ robots and ♥♥♥♥ drones. Basically, everything you kill are ♥♥♥♥♥. However, there are some instances where you can stealth your way through the level, killing things quietly without causing a ruckus. This is pretty necessary, as the ♥♥♥♥ commander mentioned earlier can keep on calling reinforcements until he or you die, which may be detrimental to your progress. In the end, its your choice to do it quietly or go in guns blazing.

In this game, you can dual wield, lie behind cover, shoot from cover, sprint and sprint shooting. The dual wield is pretty useful for taking on enemies that are basically damage sponges, while the latter three mechanics are more on survivalbility. An emphasis on the shooting from cover. This mechanic MUST be used in any circumstances, use it often, abuse it, as difficulty from normal (Bring' Em On!) onwards will get you killed in an instant if you are in the open, as the bullets REALLY, REALLY hurts, and the enemies are all in 1000% hit-scan mode. This will really help in getting past pretty much ANY point.

The weapons you can use here have their own primary and secondary state. For example, the pistol can be used as a silencer by adding on the barrel for silence shots. Each mode is effective against pretty much any ♥♥♥♥ troops, though some modes are way more effective than its counterpart for certain mobs. For example, bullets from the rifle won't faze the armored ♥♥♥♥ supersoldier, in fact it won't even hurt him, however, the rocket launcher mode will kill him very fast. You can dual wield the weapon in its primary or secondary mode as well. Also, while sprinting you can shoot your weapon in any mode as well, even when single or dual-wielding.

Content wise, each map have tons of collectibles. Some collectibles can help to unlock a mod mode for the game, where you can play the game again with a certain modifiers, for example, a mode where its game over once you die, and there is no save point for it. Other collectibles are just for completion only. You may have to play it several times to do so (which you will do for a very obvious reason, which I will explain later). Perks can be unlocked by completing certain tasks, for example kill a specific number of enemies with headshots.

The story in this game is pretty good. You have a good idea on what is happening, why BJ wants to kill Deathshead, how the world was changed etc. Some collectibles will also help to explain the backstories of certain characters and events, along with articles that are present in certain maps. It will also explain what happen to some of the recurring characters from the old game and in this game as well, though the ending wasn't that clear. I won't explain what happen, but most likely it will only be known in the sequel. Along the way, you can make choices to the storyline, it won't affect the overall storyline, but it will affect which character will appear later, along with alternate routes which can be taken in certain maps and collectible upgrades.

The biggest issue, which may turn off some people, is that this game is solely a single player game. No multiplayer deathmatch, no co-op, nothing, just you alone, fighting the ♥♥♥♥♥ and collecting the loots along the way. People looking forward to frag others with the Laserkraftwerk may be disappointed by this. Most likely you will be replaying it just for the unlockables (or if you like the mods). In my opinion, the second biggest issue of this game is the RAGE engine. You will need a relatively good rig to play it in all of it's glory. Settings are pretty much limited, and even on the lowest settings, I cannot get a full 60 FPS (though it most likely my rig ain't too good to run this), though it was good enough to play it.

Overall, I would really recommend this game. Fans of the Wolfenstein series and newcomers will really enjoy this. The storytelling is really good and immersive and there are many things to collect. Single player fans will really enjoy this game as well. However, a word of caution, you will be needed a good PC to run it in all of its glory. Also do get this game when it's on sale, it's really worth its price during that time.

This game is a puzzle-based game with a tinge of eroge, well more on the bondage and torture part. However, due to Steam regulations, the one here is the R12 version, not the R18. There's not much difference between the two, except the R18 have the secret chamber, where you can torture Cinderella for your viewing pleasure (and I DO mean pleasure), and additional costumes.

Gameplay wise, its a basic puzzle solving game. Move blocks here and there to create a pathway to reach your goal. At certain points (end of sub-level), you will get a bonus objective of rescuing your step-relatives from being tortured, but the catch is that you will be tortured in their place. Don't worry, you can escape from it. You can change the camera angle and view perspective to see where is the goal of the map. This is really much needed, as sometimes it may be obscured by obstacle.

As for the difficulty, its pretty inconsistent. Some maps are pretty straight forward, while some require some retries to solve it. However, I cannot help but being shocked about a certain map, where all you need to do to reach a goal is a curve jump. Yes, you heard me correctly, a curve jump. No block moving, no obstacle dodging, no block demolishing, nothing else. Just a curve jump. It's a fast way for grinding money though. There was that one map though, where you actually need to get hit by the obstacle to reach the secondary objective. That was pretty interesting to me.

Everytime you solve a map, you will get money and experience. The higher level you are, the more chances you are provided with jumping and kicking. They are not limited, they are finite, and once you run out of them, poor Cinderella can't even jump at all, or even kick. Kind of a hinderance, but at the same time its a challenge to use them wisely. You can spend money on just costumes. So poor Cinderella can be dressed as a gothic dominatrix, bunny girl, Santa girl etc. Nothing much here but fanservice .

Since it's an eroge game, there are a lot of boob juggling physics and pantsu shots, since camera angle can be changed, as they are required to solve a map. Upskirts will be pretty common, heck sometimes I do that for fun. The biggest perk of this game is that, it's really cheap. It cost as much as a cheap lunch. It's not a very pricey game.

Overall, a short and cheap puzzle game which can be solved in a matter of hours. If you want some fun doing puzzles (and enjoy the T & A at the same time), go ahead, give this game a shot, since it's really cheap, there's nothing much to lose. Mind you this is the censored version. For the uncensored one, please check the Steam community forums for this game.

This game. This game is what introduced me to the RE series. From the general reviews, MANY RE fan hate this game. They said that it was a departure from the main series by a long shot, third person camera, duck and weave motions, clonky controls etc. There are many.

This game is not friendly when you boot and play it for the first time. Unskippable tutorial mission, instant death from QTEs (which some will appear without warning), mobs appearing to be bullet sponges, accidental action due to control overlap, odd camera angle adjustments etc. Some may hate this game because of it (heck many of the hardcore RE fans hate this game due to the above reasons above).

I had that feeling as well. "Why are I climbing a deck repeatedly, when I wanted to climb and then sprint?", as I thought when I died due to time running out trying to escape. However I thought "Hey, maybe instead of holding down the Space button (which is used for both sprinting and context action), why not I press it once I am far away from the prompt?" Guess what? It worked.

As I played it longer, all the above reasons were overlooked (though occasionally I still mess up the context actions). This game benefit more the longer you played it. You will know by then what will happen next, where to move, how to properly get rid of a mob etc, which will make the campaign mode less of a hassle.

In a brief overview of the campaign, it's divided into 4 parts, each are having their own backstory, atmosphere and mobs. There is the classical campaign aka Leon's, RE 5-esque (or shall I call it, the COD bros campaign) of Chris, Jake's (or Sherry's, if you know who she is) campaign, which is a less actiony version of Chris's , and finally, the more stealth based campaign of none other than Ada Wong. Even though they ara their own campaign, in the end they overlapped which each other, with some part of the campaign even replayable on another campaign (e.g. Chris 2 with Sherry 1).

Control wise, it's not like the old RE that you know. You will get to sprint, duck, roll, strafe and slide, unlike the old RE controls, which is more limited to tank controls. Your default movement is a jogging based motion, so everything here is a bit faster paced. The cover system also returns here as well. You won't be using it much, maybe except for Chris's campaign (and to a much, much lesser extent, Sherry's). Item management wise is much simpler than RE 5 one, just press Delete if you want to remove them. However, you cannot contorl what weapon you will like to use. By default, you will wield them all.

QTEs make a return here as well (meh), though in an excessive manner. Granted you can make it automated, but this option will only appear once you have completed the game. But the biggest part of the prompt action comes in two ways:
a) Melees and c'oup de grace
b) Counters

Counter prompts appear for a brief period of time, but if you can get the timing down, you will receive 0 damage in total, in fact you may outright kill the attacker. Melee prompts appear during certain circumstances (headshots, few light melee blows) while c'oup de grace will appear when the enemies are stunned heavily (flash grenades especialy). If you can master this, the campaign will be a cakewalk, since you will be avoiding nearly all source of damages (except bullets and missiles, screw those).

After the campaign there are many other type of minigames you can play. Depending on whether you bought the DLC or not, by default, you get 3 modes:
a) A mode which is similar to L4D versus, where you invade other people's game as a monster.
b) Mercenaries make a return here from RE 5.
c) No Mercy as well.

Note that I won't cover the DLC modes, since I don't have them.

In my opinion, the true highlight of this game is not the campaign or the characters, but the Mercenaries mode. With the enhanced mobility, this mode is a must play mode of RE 6. Being surrounded by non-stop wave of enemies while keeping the time and combo counting is truly fun. No Mercy ramps it up by spawing even more mobs at you, Your whole screen will be covered by them.

Another additional highlight are the asses. There are section where you get to crawl as the female characters. My God, Ada's tight pants are to die for, though Sherry is overall the all rounded one. The trophy for the best booty, however have to go to Helena. Did I mention that all the pants the character are wearing are really, really tight? :3

Overall, I would really recommend this game. Some may not agree with me since I am a newcomer to the series, but to each their own. However, like fine wine, it will take a while for you to truly enjoy this game, since at the start, everything will always go south. Experience and memory of what will happen will help you on subsequent playthrough.
