Copped a tone when I dropped the gold. Hesitant to recommend player.

I got borderlands to work, just noticed your comment... had to force VSYNC in the nvidia driver settings... for some reason border lands didn't have a setting for it...

borderland settings:

res: 800 x 600 - changing this to a higher res caused me the tearing problem
anisotopic: on
shadows: on
bullet: on
foliage: high
texture: high
detail: high
occlusion: on
bloom: on
depth of field: on
flare outs: on

after you make the changes restart the game. if you don't the problem will persist. let me know if it works.
