Hello Games are to be commended for continously working to improve their game and realise their vision, learning from past mistakes and iterating on the design to - ever so slowly - bring more depth to the title.

While the number and breadth of features still doesn't match what was promised before launch, this is one of the few - if only game developers - I ever recall expending this much effort to continue evolving forward and not just maintain, but add to the title.

Still enjoy playing it

Vanu smiles upon you in this epic space empire opera of warring factions, that skilfully weaves air, land and vehicular combat into a rich tapestry of battlefield experiences catering to a range of player abilities. Highly recommended

The king of classic RTS experiences, back in the days when MSN Gaming Zone was a thing, and sending hotkeyed taunts via multiplayer chat was just soooo far ouuut, man. Terrific range of civilisations, each with their own unique abilities. Bright and pretty game world with a lovely colour palette makes for a fun multiplayer or single player experience. Whether you fancy yourself a Yuri, Rogan, Mandatum or Chopper, AOE 2 is a timeless treasure of realtime strategy fun.

The HD Edition elevates this masterpiece to Certified Platinum level, with a beaut range of enhancements and a great buffet of mods available via the Steam Workshop. 10/10 will always Wolololololololololo again

A most enjoyable game industry simulation with an engaging range of levelling opportunities. Cheerfully crisp graphics and a bevy of mods make this indie treasure a gem of a game.

(Majority of my play time was experienced in the Windows 8 app, the first Windows app I ever purchased :)

A masterpiece of military simulation with a rich ecosystem of mods and scenarios available for download. Arma 3 is loaded with potential, and the range of possibilities make for some wonderful opportunities for creative expression, milspec badassery and Oscar Mike radio jargon because it's cool. Altis Life 4 Life!

Revel in sanely created insanity within this brilliantly crafted, carefully structured world of nonsensical chaos. The villains sound cooked as, with accents akin to a terrible low-budget action movie that was burned off at 3am. The physics are a treat for the senses, and the sense of bravado and sheer satisfaction at the mess you can make never gets old.

CS:GO Review
Engaging in a battle of mind, mouse and mouth(wit) with the incredible range of talented players alongside the gamut of human emotions and behaviours, makes CS GO a treat for mind and body; a cathartic, often unpredictable experience that provides endless variety with each and every game.

I had heard so much about the Half Life Universe before purchasing The Orange Box and leaving the games untouched for many a month. When I finally dived in, I was quickly enveloped in the immersive storyline and captivating use of close-angle NPC encounters, tight first-person perspective and terrific dialogue.

I did not expect the story to captivate me like it did, and experienced a cascade of emotions upon completing this masterpiece of a series. I accumulated a collection of thoughts, reflections and feelings far more satisfying than any TV show or movie I have had the pleasure of completing.

Cities Skylines is a pure delight to return to, time after timeless time. Whether it be loading up my city to just watch and marvel at the incredible array of activity simulated, or zoom in on a micro level to work on a district, road or transport network, this is a fantastic city building experience taken to the utmost of lofty heights by the fantastic range of mods available.

Highly recommended

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim truly deserves The Test of Time Award. The possibilities are so vast in just the unmodded vanilla game that I've still barely got through the main quest, so delightfully diastracted have I been by the myriad side quests.

I still get a thrill from loading up the game and setting off into the tundra, graced by Jeremy Soule's masterpiece of a soundtrack. This timeless classic raised the bar for roleplaying freedom within the Elder Scrolls Universe. The world is vast and full of little nooks, caves and other places to explore. The storyline is decent, there are lots of secondary characters to get to know, and the world is a little more alive, busy and believable than it was in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

What makes this game my favourite in the series is the immense potential that mods offer to augment one's experience that was never before possible. Prefer more realistic lighting or other graphical enhancements? There's a mod for that. Want to start the game with a Thomas the Tank Engine for a dragon? There's a mod for that.
