Ich habe erfolgreich 70kg innerhalb 1-2 Jahren abgenommen, ernähre mich sehr gesund, (zu 99%) vegan/pflanzlich und trotzdem schaffe ich es nicht dem Crispy Chicken Burger von Burger King zu widerstehen. Dieser Burger ist einfach die Perfektion auf Erden und ich wünschte ich könnte analysieren, wieso er mich so verrückt macht. Es gibt kein anderes Lebensmittel was beim reinbeißen dieses Gefühl in mir auslöst. Ich würde den Burger sogar Sex und jeder (harten) Droge die ich jemals ausprobiert habe vorziehen. Ich hatte sogar überlegt meinen sicheren und gut bezahlten IT-Job zu kündigen um Lebensmitteltechnologie o. ä. zu studieren und zu erforschen wie ich den exakten Geschmack und die Konsistenz des Crispy Chicken Burger als gesunde Variante replizieren kann. Mein Traum ist es, jeden Tag diesen Geschmack in meinem Mund spüren zu können.

Story time!!
I used to eat my steaks well done. It’s how I grew up. I didn’t know any better. And I loved it. Then one time my friend ordered a steak medium well. So it tried it. And it was good. There’s this sushi channel I follow… and they were making a steak roll. And he said try medium rare. At least once. Well. Having been following that channel for years. I obliged. When I went out to eat again, I ordered me a ribeye. Asked medium rare. Even the waiter said, “A fellow steak-eater, I like that.” The steak came. I cut. The juice. The redness. I was cautious. Felt I could still hear mooing. I took that first bite… never looked back. Changed my life. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
