If you enjoy dino survival simulations then you may enjoy playing this game. All dinos take literal hours (depending on which one, shortest being the dryosaurus for 30 minutes give or take) the higher up the tiers you go. 3survival apex dinos take up to 7h if you are willing to have the patience to survive sub stage (weakest and most annoying because most mid tier dinosaurs can kill you easilly). Damage is measured in Biter Force with most dinosaurs having bleed damage (complicated math depending on your growth and your enemy's growth: bleed damage= base bleed (*) your weight / target weight). Some herbivores do not have bleed and just a blunt attack but can be fun chasing other players around and trying to headbutt them. Gameplay experience overall to me can be a fun one if played with other people or find players you can connect with by being able to work well in a group to take down other groups or rival packs/herds (depends on the server because some servers can be semi realism and state that herbies cannot be aggressive to hunt carnivor players down) and may also have a "body down" dupe but remember that not all servers will have that rule; don't moan because you played on a semi realism server but decided to play on the isle official server [The Isle Official US1-3,EU1-3]. Granted you will run into toxic players but every game has a salty player base; a dinosaur that took 3 hours can make a player be salty just because you are about to kill them or you already did. Don't let people ruin your experience because they were salty about something when it isn't against the rules.

Beware of the Hyper dino devs because they can scare you out of nowhere lol.
