Trouble In Terrorist Town with a different objective. In my honest opinion, I love the game but it gets super boring after an hour or two. It is best to play with friends but you can get by without any, the community seems pretty nice at least from the games that I have played. I would buy this when its on sale as it seems like the player base spikes up during sales and dies off a week or two later.

This game is not Skate 4. A lot of people have said this but for some reason it is needed to be said again. It is a skate simulator and Easy Days is trying to make it the most realistic one. The graphics don't matter, you can't expect to get good graphics and fluid animations/controls from an indie studio. Are the graphics extremely bad in which you aren't able to play? No they really aren't. Although, Skater XL posts some crappy advertisements and its best to watch realistic montages on Youtube. So if you base whether the game looks bad on the advertisements, please do more research. Now for my review, it is the best skate game I have ever played. I don't need a story, I had 3 EA skate games to play which involved a story. All I want to do is be able to kick flip back tail and tweak my board in anyway that I want. If I desperately needed a story then I can always revert back to the Skate games. Is it better than Sessions? Well graphically no. Sessions has the best graphics in any skate game so far, but you have to figure out if graphics is more important than gameplay or not. Personally the fact that I can stanky leg tre flip or scissor kick tre flip matters more. I can move my legs in any direction that I want. While I am not here to bash Sessions, I own both games, Sessions does not feel comfortable when playing. Overall Skater XL is great, don't play the game for one hour and get rid of it, there is a learning curve. It will take you hours just like real life to learn how to back tail every try.
