Imagine getting into a serious physical accident and your legs are broken. You have to learn to walk again. That's pretty much what happened in November 2018 with Alpha 17. If you're new to the game, this is a fantastic starting point, but I have to stress that this is NOT a good game to solo anymore.

If you're a veteran, well...if you liked going fast with progressive games similar to 7 Days, you're going to miss that feeling for a while. It's like wondering when to forgive someone - some of us are still waiting for the game to give us the adrenaline back. (Here's hoping it changes in 2019)

This IS a sniper game, and this is NOT a sniper game at the same time. The scenery rivals animated desktop wallpaper with its stunning BLADES OF GRASS, but (before Patch 1.21) hunting down animals feels like waiting for paint to dry. You have to have the patience to wait up to 10 minutes for a single large animal. I did a test run with cheating and found it much more bearable, except you feel guilty afterwards. If you want to take a break from games like FarCry and Just Cause, this is a great game to get into.
