I've only gotten a little ways into the game, but it's brutal, beautiful, and extremely fun. I don't write a lot of reviews, but considering this one is getting ridiculously review-bombed by Nazi jackoffs, it's worth it.

TLDR Play this game, you shoot Nazis and also feel feelings. It's great.

A sensational, moving, pixelated romp through the underground. Accompanied by a terrific soundtrack, Undertale subverts and plays with tons of traditional RPG tropes in a way that is immensely satisfying. Let yourself get lost in it and truly enjoy its quirky, sweet characters and unconventional but fun gameplay. Strongly recommend.

A beautiful, heart-wrenching game that tells a brilliant story while making you feel like an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ no matter what you do. I love these games despite the fact that they are incredibly emotionally draining. This really could be called "MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE A ♥♥♥♥ SIMULATOR 2013" but it's so, so worth it. This one doesn't build to the same climax over the course of the whole season like TWD Season 1 did, but it's still a great story with twists and turns and a lot of emotional depth.

A game where you literally stamp passports finds a way to be both fascinating and enjoyable. It's dark and dystopian while still maintaining some sense of levity. 20 different endings and tons of small details make this game really fun and interesting. You can blow through it in a few hours, but then you'll probably keep going back for other endings. Check it out!

I encourage you to buy this, download it, and play it while reading as little as you possibly can about it. Preferably in the dark and while it's raining if possible. It's a brilliant exercise in environmental immersion and tells a complete story in a very different way from most games. I experienced more emotion playing this game than I have in hundreds of hours of many others. Easily in my top 3 games of 2013.

BioShock tells a compelling story of loss, betrayal, and redemption through a terrific first person shooter that combines shotguns with fistfuls of lightning and fire. Really worth a playthrough.

My favorite game of 2011 and one of the best games I have played in a long time. The storytelling, the art, the music, the gameplay - honestly, to me, virtually everything about this game is perfect.
