If you are into Science fiction and excel sheets, this is the game for you!
A solid Space sandbox simulator type of game.

The only problem I stumbled upon while playing this game is the late game performance. With an empire sprawling the vast universe and a fleet of 600 ships, my AMD 7800X3D couldn't keep it running at 60 FPS. This was at a time in my playthrough were I was ready to start a new game anyways.

Note that late game in this game is a but vague since it carries a different meaning for different kind of players. Also, FPS isn't really a problem in this type of game, but I assume it could be an annoyance for some players.

4/5 toasters

Praise the lord Henry has come to save us!

It's like KCD 1 but even better.

I played this during the release and I would say it was one of the worst releases ever made for a AAA game.

I wanted to give this another chance after several years of patches. After playing the entire campaign once again I can say that this game is now in a good state and currently is one of my favorite games.

There are still some issues but overall I would rate this game 4/5 considering most of the issues can be fixed with mods.

Bought this about 1 year after release. The state of the game is good at the moment. The game is lacking certain features that most likely will be added in the future per Paradox standard.

If you can live without certain DLCs from CS1 I would consider buying this one.

The game is great, performance is spot on. Running this game with 1070 and a 7700k (which is almost 8 years old at this point) on medium settings and FSR Quality.

The game gives a good insight on the daily life of a chapter. After each mission, you can stop and listen in on conversations, the NPCs all do their own thing, which is very immersive.

The combat could use a bit more tweaking. When you fight you get indicators (Just like Arkham knight) to do perfect dodge rolls and blocks, you dont always get these wich can get a bit hectic when you are fighting 100 Xenos at the same time.

I give this game 4/5 toasters. If you like Warhammer 40k and action games, this is a must have.

Some minor performance issues at this time of writing. I will come back to this once this is resolved.

Other than that, this DLC slaps, it's a 10/10,
