Starts off pretty hard, you have to be very careful with your ammo or you can easily run out.
The story is mysterious and makes you think about what actually happened.

EDIT: Game is not super hard anymore and playing with bots makes it a lot easier. Is still a fun game, even for solo grinding.

It's a very hard game, but it can be fun if you have some friends to play with.

It's a nice tactics game. There is no base building, trying to level up recruits is pointless. Missions start to repeat themselves. But the core gameplay is fun, grenades, abilities and executions are fun.
It's worth getting on a sale.

It seems like a fun little game at first, but it often happens that enemies spawn directly on top of you and you die instantly!
Nothing you can do against it and it ruins all the fun. Will change review if dev fixes enemy spawning.

Game starts, jump in a warthog, get driven off a cliff.

This goes in my top 10 games of all time for sure!
Don't spoil it for yourself by watching videos on youtube, just buy it and play it.

Even if you don't know much about warhammer age of sigmar, you might still like this game. It is a kind of roguelite turn based tactics game. You gain random units, gear and skills after every level and there seems to be a lot of variety.
There is permadeth, but it's not that bad because your hero keeps the items and sills + you can take 2 of your units to your next playthrough.

There are some bugs, some janky ui. But nothing too bad.

It took me about 10 hours to finish the first campaign of each faction (Stormcast, Nighthaunt, Nurgle)
The second (and probably third) campaign get harder and will probably take a bit of grinding to get good skills but so far it's still fun.

If you are an AoS fan then you will probably really enjoy seeing the tabletop models brought to life, animations are pretty good and the voice acting is even better. The Nurgle demon voice sounds disgusting, just like it should!

Multiplayer experience was a bit disappointing, I played 2 matches and both times the game threw me back to the main menu, not sure if the enemy just quit or if there was a bug? But I mainly got this for some singleplayer fun, so I'm happy with it.

I'm not against the idea of getting some dlc with new factions. I want to see some Khorne :)

Awesome shooter!

Not quite like xcom, but still fun. Starts kinda hard but gets easier when you figure out the various tricks you can do.
Atmosphere, ambience is great. Music is awesome!

Looks good and is fun to play already!
Developer is active and has a good plan to add features and content.
