oh how i want to play this game. but for whatever reason the controller support is so broke that i cant. controller unplugged and unchecked still brings up the controller wont work with the controller and its been a good while with no fix for it. till then negative review. Sad because i really love mass effect as a whole.

All around fantastic game. As others have said it is kind of like subnautica. The comedy in this game is good, i laughed throughout my game.I seen a lot of people complaining about tool life or oxygen. I think the comedy and relaxed feel of the game distracts from the fact it is a survival type game.Me personally as i progressed throughout the game i realized oxygen becomes less of a worry with upgrades and oxygen stations. Tool life well its not a huge deal carry doubles on you. i find that at first it can be a little frustrating but if they increased the tool life i believe the game would become to easy. When i completed the game it did leave me wanting more from it. Id love to see more content added, things to do, more story. That being said i would have loved to see more of that before chapter 4 and after that between the final chapters. the end felt a little rushed but it was enjoyable non the less. All and all id give it a 7/10 with the possibility of being a 9/10 with the proper updates and additional content it really needs.

While it pains me to leave this review on what has the potential to be a great game.There are to many issues to over look and leave a positive review at this time. So lets get right into it.

⦁ Lots of bugs (almost way to many to have put this in to full access)
⦁ The EULA agreement ( I mean come on seriously? You can say we can trust you all you want to. But heres the thing we have heard it all before from to many devs. No trust, fix the issue! * Edit as of 2/19/19- Dev had a press release stating they revised the EULA, As far as i can tell its not much of a revision. Still looks like they can collect your data.)
⦁ Lack of content and features
⦁ Not all that challenging ( This is for few reasons, one falls back to several bugs that you can explote to achieve end game very quickly. Its very easy to fly through the tech tree and build items needed.)
⦁ Lack of goals ( i guess this can tie in to content but yeah)
⦁ Continued play ( this area really falls short, i'm 44 hours in to this game. After 15 it felt very empty playing it. Rest of the time used was to really to evaluate the game as whole.)
⦁ Planet difficulty (well they are a joke honestly, If you understand the game none of the planets are difficult.
⦁ Getting to planets ( way to easy no challenge at all)
⦁ A heavy sense of emptyness in the game ( I'm saying this from a adventure point of view. You are alone in this world its just you and a few plants that will try to kill you. )
⦁ No threats to you ( yeah you have plants but lets be real here they are pretty easy to get around once you are aware of them and what they do.)

Crafting system (while its very limited,the mechanics behind it are very solid)

*Edit-I will be adding more pros and cons as i'm not done yet fulling diving in on the game and with updates. This is just what i have so far.
2/19/2019- Id like to point out i do feel this game can become a positive review for me. But a lot of the cons need to be addressed first before i'm willing to do that. I feel to many reviews do not leave honest reviews. Leave an honest review the dev will notice and hopefully attempt to fix the issue.
2/20/2019- Add to review, few more pros that i had left out.

spent a hour hand shoveling paydirt got all 4 miners moss to 100% only got .5 oz of gold. 10/10 would waste another hour of my life again.
On that not the game is good but has some pretty bad bugs. If you buy this game watch the digtube they pretty much explain how to play the game.THis game has a ton of potental and i hope it gets better. Other then that spend your money wisely i hit one good streak in the few hours i played it landed me 40 oz. I spent to much and was short a few grand on getting the moble wash plant now its a struggle. Also a way to sell unused or old equipment would be nice. If its in there i havent found it yet.

Ok So i haven't got to much play time on this game yet but the few rounds that i have played i have loved every waking minute of this.This is something i have been waiting for, Rts like the old days.Massive battles, hordes of units marching to their deaths or victory? How about the fact the battle field can change from planet to planet or even to space! I'm amazed with this game, Not many rts games follow old rts any more. This does and it gives even more. I do hope over updates they do fix screen movement a little,i feels like its a little choppy still but its playable.I Also hope they add more units and buildings as well. But overall this game is awesome.If you love RTS grab this game and spend some time with it. I'm sure it'll move to the top of your favorite games list quickly.
