Early Access Review
It's a great game with very little commitment as you can continue a game later on if you choose.

The visuals are clean and the characters are cute and easy to read.

My only compaint is that when using the mouse, you often lose sight of the cursor which makes it harder to react when you need to dodge fast enemies.

It's a game that's worth playing to start the journey through the series. Even alone, it's a fun ride.

Start on the hardest if you can. It will require learning and using potions which is a core part of the nature of Witchers. I learned the hard way that you shouldn't rush to the main quest when the Chapter 1 boss felt stupidly unfair. You just need grind within the first chapter of the game to a comfortable level and it's smooth sailing to the very end even on Hard. Your power ramps up from there up until the end; facing the end boss at the close of the game.

The Enhanced Edition brings the game to a playable package in today's gaming age. You kinda miss the ease of graphics processing as you move on to the sequels. When a scene is supposed to look beautiful, you appreciate its mood and setting.

If you want to get into the Witcher franchise, this is the best place to start. It does not feel like a completionist chore. You'll feel glad you played it.

This is the game Diablo III should have been. This is the game Torchlight should have strived for. All ARPG players ask is for their game to give them something to grind for. PoE gives us that. Enough depth to keep things fresh. Enough goals for you to want to play longer. Enough ongoing support to make players feel that their game and the hours spent on it is still relevant.

ARPGs are time wasters. It helps when you make players forget that.

Most reviews of the Steam Controller are based on the current settings they are using or how the controller is not the one they use on consoles.

I would rather review the Steam controller for what it is permanently.

It is the most configurable and intelligent human interface device available for the personal computer. More than a mouse and more than a keyboard. Yes. More than the M/KB. Because of touchpads that talk back to you.

The Steam Controller physically embodies what Valve is to software and digital services. Both flawed and perfect at the same time in a way that they're telling you they're not good as the community combined and that they're giving us a chance to make things they way we want it.

Now that we have it, it's time to make it work the way we like it. Get to work guys. I still have no way of making MadBalls work without the analog stick.

400 days is a nice trip the world of The Walking Dead.

Though short, the collage of stories is a welcome addition for fans who want to experience other characters and how they dealt with the apocalypse.

I loved the first season and played the add-on to that. It's always good to get back to Clementine and see her all grown up this season. While some action sequences are tedious and unintuitive, I'm glad I finished it and got to know the story.

Looking forward to the third season.

Around 10 hours played.

An emotional story that's as good as the comics and the TV series. A "Must experience!" game that's worth putting on any Game of the Year list. You not only have to play this one. You'll also want to finish this one as soon as you can.

This is how emotional and involving all adventure games should be.

A beautifully made documentary bringing gaming back to its roots of what games should be not just for its players but for developers who should never forget to express themselves.

AAA developers should never forget how the heart and soul of indie games is what will drive the industry forward. It's not about what the masses want. They don't know what they want until you put it in front of them and they start enjoying it.

You must watch this very first video sold on Steam. :)

The base game of what could have been an explosion of mod creativity. Alien Swarm oozes with Valve quality for what little content it has. It has the best price point for a coop shooter you can bring anyone to play.

A beatiful game with scenes that look like it came right out of storybook fantasy. Each character perfectly fits a purpose and although I haven't tried cooperative play with this I'm sure it would be just as great.

The finale though brings back memories of old side scrolling games where the big boss presents a sudden spike in the difficulty curve. While you've been breezing along level after level, you suddenly come up to a point where the game tells you "Where do you think you're going?" You'll get it done after a couple of tries though.

Completed in 9.1 hours.
