I have to write a warning because it seems that new players are being almost forced by the quest tracker to do the level 50 booster quest. I would severely hope the devs fix this because I can imagine I'd be pissed and just instantly refund if I wasn't able to play the base game without it being ruined

Top tier cgi cutscenes, classic diablo hack and slash gameplay, surprising amount of endgame if you gear grind. Worth the price considering it's dropped from what it originally was and usually goes on sale for an even better discount. If you enjoy playing the game and want to continue playing long term, there's 5 (now 6!) classes with a large variety of abilities to mix and match from which gives lots of replayability.

The season 6 rebalance of the game made progression actually feel like I was pushing boundaries each time I got to a new world tier and the DLC added a fair sized region to the map with unique enemy and level designs.
