Makes decisions rapidly and well when dealing with small or personal matters, but still has to gain the confidence to make major decisions. Most of the decisions made turn out to be effective. A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. They will always try to do what is required, even if it means performing tasks that are not in the job description or if required to do extra work unexpectedly.
