Slightly different feel & gameplay as compared to the original one, with the addition of vehicles and calling in aerial support. Very important to stick together and watch each other's backs.

From London to Paris, the killing continues. Trader has a French accent now, but I preferred the British one haha.

A LOT OF WEAPONS NOW! And also, once you hit level 25, you can rank up your Prestige by resetting your level to 0, getting a new skin and a bunch of Vault dosh, which is used to unlock more skins. There are 6 ranks of Prestiges as of this writing.

This game is still fun with friends, definitely a fun multiplayer co-op FPS!

I hope that this game will allow modding, just like many of those modded custom KF1 servers.

Looking forward to the upcoming Objectives map!

Played this game since 2011 with some breaks in between. Over 1,000hrs on record.
I would still go back and play this. Recommended.

Rogue-like, 2D dungeon crawler, unforgivingly punishing, comparable to the Iron Man Mode in XCOM, death & negative quirks are commonplace. Learn how you deal with pessimism and the negativity, then move on. Deal with it.

A must-try, and definitely for sadists, Dungeons & Dragons dice-rolling fans and gamers looking to challenge themselves. Streamers can also name characters after your viewers!

Addition of Town Events makes the game more unpredictable and versatile!

Many more updates gave this game more content! I'm waiting for Darkest Dungeon 2!

The real-time action and decision-making are what sets this apart from the other XCOM games. It doesn't have base-building aspect, but it still has its fair share of unique customisations and aliens. It's also interesting to find out that the defence against the alien invasion went way back since the Cold War. The last part before the game ended, you are given some tough choices to make, which WILL result in different ending cutscenes.

TL;DR: A MUST-PLAY for XCOM fans.

If you liked the NotD WC3 custom map, you would love this. Team effort is definitely required, although there are still a lot of team-killing and bugs going on. Devs are constantly balancing the gameplay as well, cheers to that. Can't wait for this gem to be polished.

This game will make you doubt and hate yourself. Many tough choices to be made, which will result in different endings, and each of them are so mind-blowing that it makes you go "Oh sh*t."

Multiple playthroughs definitely required to fully experience this game!
