One of my favorite games. There is no pressure for battlepasses; and every update is meaningful to the gameplay. It is refreshing not having the pressures of FOMO and there is regularly more content added to the game. There are different types of missions and each time is different with randomly generated caves and encounters. Leveling feels pretty fast which is good because it doesn't feel like a grind fest. Things seem achievable and manageable. I also like befriending the bugs with special perks. Also you can get various drinks to either mess around with or benefit the gameplay with perks. Cosmetics are fun and varying.

This game is fun for wasting time or having something to do! It is free, so there is no loss in trying it out. It is a classic must have on steam in my opinion. The option to spend money is there but not needed, and you can get cosmetic items with this.

The common game modes include:
-Control-point (Tactical points on the map, which have to be taken by a team to win.)
-King of the hill ( a single control point that must be held by either team for three minutes each)
-Attack and Defend (seize control of the opposing team's capture point for a certain amount of time)
-Payload (push a payload to a destination while contesting it)
-Special delivery ( similar to capture the flag)
-Mann vs machine. (fight against robot hoards)

The characters:
-Heavy : Big gun man
-Scout : Fast run
-Demoman : explodey bomb launcher
-Engineer : Build gun
-Sniper : Hidden headshot man
-Medic : Healing boy
-Pyro : BURN
-Spy : hidden stab
-Soldier: soldier

Thanks for reading. All and all this is a fun, free, must have. If you need more help with the game feel free to ask.

Overall I like the game, and normally I don't like mmos. Keep reading for a short detailed analysis over only a few aspects of the game.

There is a lot of crafting you can do and a lot of personalization you can do with wearables and character design. There is also a good character creator. You can even keep altering it in game, however doing so may feel difficult to achieve or may cost money. It is something you would have to work for.

There is a membership you buy to receive crown points, like credits each month (you can also buy these credits without a membership), along with a special members only type item. Most of these special items have been character statues, which you can place into your home. You can also get A LOT of extra inventory called a craft bag. Trust me you will find a lot to carry, this is arguably worth the entire membership in itself. You also get extra perks and get to play pretty much all of the DLC whether you bought it beforehand or not. If you want to try out the DLC and grind to complete them I recommend getting the membership and experiencing the DLC if you wish to not pay full price for them each time.

There are pre-made character roles equipped with skills that players are free to gear out towards their intended purpose within an adventuring party. Most traditional MMOs have restrictive class skills, but ESO provides a lot more freedom for players to tailor their builds for any role with any class. You can also earn skill points to adjust and add to your class. For example, a player can be a magicka tank.
Here is a general chart you can refer to from the eso page when it comes to class roles:

--------------Stam DPS --Magicka DPS---Tanking---Healing
Dragonknight---Good----Good------------Excellent-----Poor
Necromancer---Excellent--Good---------Excellent----Good
Nightblade-------Good------ Good---------Poor---------Poor
Sorcerer----------Good-----Excellent-------Poor--------Good
Templar-----------Good-------Good--------Good-----Excellent
Warden---------Excellent----Good-------Good------ Excellent

There are issues in gameplay that may be good or bad. For example, someone else beating you to an enemy and then having to wait for the respawn to do your quest. Again this is not an issue, but if you are trying to really submerge yourself into the gameplay this may pull you out a bit. For me, I am fine with it, but this comes with MMOs and different from single-player & solo feeling games. This however is very good in groups. You and a group can get together and work on larger bosses and dungeons.

As far as quests go, they can either be fun or repetitive. A lot of it can be "hey go assassinate this guy or thing" and you do it and complete the quest. Sure the enemies are different but the idea can be similar, but a lot of games are like this and saying this would also be a large criticism anyway. It is something to keep in mind though. However there are some really fun quests in there.

And of course there is DLC. My favorite is the Dark Brotherhood quest line. There are a lot more that that one though, and again most are included with the membership if you don't want to buy them specifically.

There are world events you can do called "Daedric Anchors" or "Dark Anchors" If you want to experience them yourself stop reading, but they are a type of world event where an anchor is set down from the main antagonist. They are common and a great way to kill enemies and get simple rewards. This is probably one of my favorite aspects of the game.

I personally haven't been a fan of MMOs but I really like this one. However I have always like the elder scrolls series, and this game is pretty cheap now that it isn't as new, so it is worth a shot; especially if you wait for a sale.

So far it is a nice way to connect with people. If you are down or need advice and cheering up it a nice place to post your thoughts, and it is also nice knowing you can help others and soothe another person's worries; or even just have short 2 message conversations.

I got this for the summer steam sale, but I would pay full price. I hope all of you buying this game can both find peace and answers you want, and that others can provide warmth and friendliness to others who want to talk!

This game was not very different to other, better, alternatives; although I do love the artwork which got me to install it in the first place. It is a beautiful game, but it is not enough to keep it installed. The game play is worse compared to similar games and once you install it, good luck uninstalling! I uninstalled this game through steam only to find some launcher of CLOSERS still installed and WILL NOT uninstall! Very frustrating because it is now a useless file that cannot be opened or uninstalled taking up 728 GB that I could put toward a game I actually want installed. After reading on forums, it is nearly impossible to get that space back and support will not help or reply on the issue. DO NOT install this game unless you know for sure you will be playing it. For example, if you like or have played Aura Kingdom there is about a 70% chance you will like this, so try that game first because that game actually uninstalls if you decide you want to uninstall it / dont think this game play is for you. If you do not like that game I am nearly certain (92%) that you will not like this game either. I like Aura Kingdom, not Closers, to me it is a better alternative though other's may feel differently. Compared to Closers, Aura Kingdom is more user friendly, both game-wise and UNINSTALLING if you need to.

The intro video and the scenes are cool, I like this style, but "gamewise" *** it is pretty bad. I reviewed this game 2 years ago, before the description was updated. I got it for 50 cents, and I wouldn't pay more for it even after the updated description.

When I bought this game, the description DID NOT say *** "not a game" - which makes a lot more sense. This is something to look at and enjoy the aesthetic of for 5 minutes. The "game" itself, which is what it was when I bought it, isn't entertaining. As a racing and driving game which is how it was presented when I purchased it, is not how it would seem. I may have appreciated this concept for what it was more when I bought it if it weren't reviewed and presented as a race game.

The whole idea was a race against time to save the girl, but it isn't really a game and if you buy it keep that mindset.
