I'm gonna say it now - payday 2 is an excelent co-op game. It is that rare gem in gaming.

pros:
If you play with 3 other friends you will have a fantastic time. Playing with 3 random people might still be fun but you will hardly try some different and interesting tactics.
The missions each time are randomized a bit (safes in different positions, guards patroling different routes, more/less loot etc.). This gives a lot of replayability and each mission feels somewhat different and you will have to aproach it differently.
There's a lot of customization with masks and gear.

cons:
What I hate in every game are dlc's. You will find it here too. Dlc's give some new missions, weapons, achievements, masks and other stuff but they are very polished here. New missions are really nice and more firepower is welcome anytime.
If you're playing with random teammates - prepare to get angry. Some times you'll find some dumb teammates who don't help the team and do the opposite of what you tell them.
