SimAirport is a great combination of strategy, and just enough complexity, to make you think about how to build the busiest (and, hopefully, best!) airport. I've found myself building and rebuilding the same small bits of my airport to squeeze every last drop of efficiency out of them, only to find hundreds of passengers waiting to go through security - all of them missed their flights! Once it was all sorted, however, it was great to sit back and watch things tick over.
