Weird but in a good way. More art exhibition than game. I like it.

Nice casual fighting game. You create teams of 6 nicely looking females with different roles (tank, physical dps, magic dps, healer), weapons, skills and try to create nice synegy between them. You level and evolve each fighter and equip them with sets of gear that you get from fights, fuse from other equipment or just create using your resources.

Alpha Polaris is a low-key, atmospheric horror game with a unique setting and story. I was actually surprised to find out it’s free, given how much effort clearly went into the mood and storytelling.

The game takes place in an isolated Arctic research station, where you play as a biologist named Rune. He’s there to study polar bears, but things start getting strange as the team begins to uncover old myths and strange symbols. The setting feels eerie and remote, which adds a nice sense of isolation that suits the horror vibe. There’s a gradual tension that builds up, so it keeps you on edge without relying on big jump scares or gore. The horror here is more psychological, which works well with the slow, creeping pace of the story.

Visually, it’s fairly simple but still effective. The graphics might feel a bit dated, but the lighting and sound design do a good job at keeping you immersed. The puzzles are pretty well integrated, too. They make sense in the context of the story and don’t feel like random tasks thrown in to fill time. They’re not too challenging, but they keep you engaged.

The story touches on Inuit mythology, which gives it a unique angle compared to a lot of horror games out there. It’s not a very long game—about 4-5 hours—but it tells a complete, satisfying story in that time. For a free game, it’s definitely worth checking out if you enjoy slower-paced horror that focuses more on atmosphere and mystery than on fast action.

A really fun, relaxing puzzle game. New gameplay mechanics are introduced as a natural result of the game's progression. The increase in difficulty is also natural so far, as there is no sudden increase in difficulty. In the first game I went through 3 stages discovering three wonders and I enjoyed playing. Truly, for a free game, this is a really good product that could easily be a paid one. The game has a paid DLC and if it will be ok by the end I will consider whether to buy it, however the standard price is quite high if you think what you can buy on Steam for that money. You may even eat a burger for that :)

Even without thinking that's free game I have to admit it's funny, little city builder. Devs know their job well.
