Many improvements on the predecessors and lots to do. Controls could be a little better though, maybe something to match the movement of DMC - not the speed, but at least the ability to change direction of attacks or dodge/cancel so you don't end up just straight chopping your friends because you combo'd 25 feet in the wrong direction after the Anajanth limped away to take a nap.

If they fix the controls I could recommend it, but since they suck... thumbs down.

If they replaced all the guns with paintball guns it might actually make sense when guys don't go down after getting shot in the face 6 times. If the Devs mod this I will give this game a positive review. Otherwise it's absolute animal feces.

I like it so far, but I'm furious about the lack of controller support. If you have a steam controller you can set up the key bindings and play it, but its junk with an Xbox controller.

I bought two. I liked having one, and I thought having two would be better. And I was right.

It starts out solid, but I found it to be short and the last half feels rushed. Skill tree leaves a lot to be desired, and it just doesn't stand out much. I feel like the story was pretty lacking as well - the first game had more of an impact, this one I played through with pretty much the same look on my face, similar to this - > :\

Otherwise it's a decent shooter with some uniqueness sloppily tossed in. It's alright.

Classic with a traditional PC RPG experience. Bring on the nostalgia.
