I liked the assets used in this, but the experience itself was a bit disappointing. The experience of actually playing the game was mostly dull and predictable, though I liked the overall design and conceit. I was annoyed that the game leaned so much on (scant few) jolts of jumpscare content for contrast against the atmosphere it builds. I have an overall mixed impression of this, but like its style.

Tedious and outdated design choices fill this weird metroidvania-with-no-map-and-terrible-intuition game; the overall quality is a sort of 6.5/10 experience. I just wanted a flowy monster-fueled nomfest, not whatever mess this is.
