The mechanic changed since 1896 have been terrible and ignored while the push for cod like behavior has increased, the game never needed trademarked or celebrity characters but is just a lesser problem to the fact it simply isnt in a fun state. The overturned burn mechanics, nerf to necro, addition of rev bolts, over tuned AI/noise maker agro have been a step in the wrong direction. If anything people wanted it to be more Tarkov lite than the push for cod, and yes the UI still looks like ♥♥♥♥.

Great retro platformer, brings back alot of memories of ghost n goblins. Very challenging thatll give you a sense of accomplishment. The levels are varied with many different enemy types with each having a custom boss to challenge you. In the game Your armor is your hitpoints while you attain more from the treasue chest put through out the levels increasing your strenth as well until you obtain your flaming sword.There are also other hidden items as well as constent loot to attain. There is only 1 check point mid level other than that its a straight shot no holds bared fight for your life. There no save or password system but after a previous boss has been defeated you can travel to the left of the map to skip up to your current level.
