There's nothing to it, it's just trippy patterns and relaxing sounds and it's AMAZING.

Great for relaxing in, just letting my heart rate return to normal after exercising hard in other VR games.

Novel and good but there's not even a whole hour worth of content so even on sale the price per minute of entertainment is very steep. You do get to pet Holo though so yeah I'd recommend it.
