Unfortunately just a case of not meeting the potential of the game. Long waits in between 30-40 minute content updates over the last couple years has killed the player base. You'll wait a year for content that you'll find in a mobile game basic update, and on top of that it will be incredibly buggy and unrewarding. The leveling process is fun and engaging early on but starts to fizzle out and there really isn't anything that is "end game". If you're super casual I'm sure you can find some fun in the game but it really is sad how poor of a state the game is currently in.

One of the few games that genuinely make me think. The story is fantastic, the graphics are fairly solid, the music and overall atmosphere are well done. Voice acting is good. Combat could be a little less clunky, and the population higher but overall The Secret World is one of my favorite games of all time.

Game is one of the more underrated in my opinion. Pvp needs some work, and class balance does as well but it seems to get much more hate than is warranted compared to some which seem to not get nearly the anger and hate they DO deserve.
