If you enjoyed the first game, which while far from a perfect game was still fundamentally "Person of Interest, the video game in Chicago" with its unique and engaging usage of technology, you should be set to enjoy this game as well. While the subject matter does deviate somewhat is is a lot more...colourful shall we say, it does feel like all the mechanics got an upgrade of sorts and just feel more solid.

The story and characters are decent enough (you're a hacker fighting against an ever more oppressive and intrusive big brother system, CTOS), but far from stellar. But as mentioned it is the game mechanics where the game shines, where you can hack into and manipulate various elements of the environment and your opponents to help you out - lethal and non-lethal depending on your playstyle of choice.

The multiplayer can be extremely fun as well - I have focused mainly on 'hacking' other players which is basically a hide and seek mode with guns, but where you have all the tools available - to both of you - and can be extremely fun.
