Someone already made the "Literally me" joke in a review but this game is literally me. Another 2024 indie banger that I can't recommend enough.

Strong GOTY contender. Highly recommend to anyone, casual and hardcore gamers alike. Truly one of the most addicting games I've played in years and IMO one of the best designed deckbuilders I've ever played in my life. 10/10

If you buy this to play on exclusively on the Steam Deck you will be disappointed. The game runs great on desktop, but if you're playing it on the Steam Deck because of the verified badge, be warned that performance suffers and crashes occur often.

The game itself is great, a truly polished R&C experience with a fun story and the signature Insomniac Games humor that works its way into many of their games. Fun weapons and even mor fun combat galore, with some amazingly fun platformer gameplay. You can easily pick this up and play it as a standalone story with no prior Ratchet & Clank knowledge, but if you're a series veteran you'll catch a lot of nice homages to the older games.

It's amazing to see R&C on PC, and I hope to see the rest of the franchise on Steam one day.

Updating my review but leaving my old one below.

2.0 is such a crazy update to the game. Once again ran through on PS5 and PC and can't recommend enough. The base game itself is in the best state it's ever been in and the game has been optimized so well it runs smoothly even on the Steam Deck. The overhaul of the perks system has been a major improvement to the RPG element and a lot of the builds you can do as a character. The story still slaps and Johnny Silverhand and V remain as some of my favorite vidya game characters. If you're thinking about playing for the first time or revisiting the game don't hesitate! Totally worth the cost of entry and your time. CDPR deserves some recognition for sticking with the game and improving it in nearly every way.

Played on both PS5 and PC. I've seen all endings, done nearly everything Night City offers twice, and been called Choom more times than I can count but I still want to play around in the sandbox that this game provides. The mix of weapons and cyberware mods you can use on your V is amazing, and (nearly) all the perk and skill trees are worth testing out and playing around with. I loved playing as a fast moving, stealth specced ninja with mantis blades for arms as much as I enjoyed playing with a precision build that did mass damage with every bullet I shot. The player power fantasy in Cyberpunk absolutely delivers.

The story was IMO great, although I can see why some people couldn't get behind it. I don't want to spoil anything but I came to love Johnny Silverhand by the end and found many of the other characters in the game to be just as interesting. Hell, I actually found some of the side missions more thrilling than a couple of the main ones. The core story is super short, and if you just follow the main quests you can complete the game in about 16 hours. I'd recommend playing all side quests (and the NCPD Scanner Hustles) before completing the main story to get the full Cyberpunk experience.

Bugs are everywhere, but honestly I just found most of them funny and didn't find my immersion broken too much. The game currently crashes on Alt+Tab which makes me want to Summit1G my monitor every time I accidentally do it while playing, but I saw very little crashes outside of that on the PC version of the game (I wouldn't wish the pain of the PS5 version crashing every 30 minutes on my worst enemy) andI was able to keep the framerate at above 80FPS for all of my game with only one large drop during a bar scene with lots of NPCs around. I run a RTX 3080 and I9-9900K and was easily able to crank up the graphics to max with DLSS on. If you think that the current bugs that occur in the game will bother you and sour your experience, I'd definitely recommend waiting for more patches and content to role out before purchasing. If you're like me and don't mind the bugs and issues with the game, you should give Cyberpunk a shot.

I haven't been as gripped by a Single Player game in such a long while, and don't expect to find another one that pulls me in as much as CP2077 anytime soon. GG CDPR, can't wait to see whats in store for future of this game.

POI!

Easy to learn, hard to master. Not pay to win or even pay to progress, but IMO Premium Time is definitely worth the cost if you plan on sinking time in. I bought the Steam Starter Kit for $1.99 after a coupon and don't regret that at all either.

Super compatible with mods which makes the game easy to customize. Community is pretty nice, with some bad apples here and there.

HMS Fiji is best girl.

Fantastic game, killer art style, and well written story.

Would recommend this if you don't have a console and have never played the original game, but the Remastered "Full Body" version for Xbox and PS4 comes with more content.
