I used to idle for cards so games with time and no achieves were idled...


If you see a game with a few hours playtime and no achievements, I definitely farmed its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cards.
If there's a low or no playtime and a buncha achievements, I beat it while in offline mode.
