Out of all the HL2 mods I can find on Steam, this is one of the unique mods that tries to capture the feel of the classic Half-Life 2 mixed with a modern, tactical combat system. A downside to this is the parkour levels are too hard. I almost gave up in the beginning of the citadel part, but I continued despite this. I hope when there is an Act II, I would like to see an HUD almost identical to HL2, with a health system that regenerates and medkits used to speed up healing. Also, I would like to see new weapons that are close to their HL2 counterparts as well. Lastly, I would like to try more fair parkour levels.

This is one of the best FPS games aside from it's other installations and recent Call of Duty titles. Origin is still needed to play the game. But however, the only way to start the campaign is to access from the official Battlefield page when logged in. The game runs well on my PC, but the only thing stopping me from playing the game was the controls. I use a Razer Xbox One Controller to play besides the standard keyboard format for PC-ported games. The Xbox controller buttons that appear for both the quick-time events and other controls are not present, leaving me no choice but to use a keyboard to play the game (I had to alternate between these controllers on some parts of the campaign).

I hope EA/DICE would create a patch for this version, after having it here for a few days so players can use their Xbox One/PS4 controllers again like they used their Xbox 360/PS3 counterparts...or the other way around. I did not play the multiplayer component because of this, so I may just have to play the other Battlefield games in my library using keyboard/mouse from here.

For this game, I should say, is one of my personal favorites. Although I am playing it on my Alienware Laptop PC, it is kind of a little laggy with the frames decreasing. For those Jet Set Radio fans like me who want JSRF to be released on Steam in the near future, well then let's say this is for you.
