Let's get one thing straight: This DLC is not for everyone.
If you are solely someone who focuses on gameplay and doesn't get attached to your characters, this might not be for you. You might still like it, but you might not get the full experience either.
If you just don't like kids, this is definitely not for you.
But if you're someone like me, someone who easily gets attached to children and would give the world to keep them safe, this DLC will terrify you more than anything else in the game, base or otherwise. Do you have meds for if they get severely ill? Is it really okay to feed them the worse food just so your adults can have the good stuff? Why are they sad? How can I help them? I can't go out tonight, someone needs to be watching out for the group and the others have to sleep, we can't risk them getting wounded. The only thing I wish was here was options for custom character children.
The kids interactions with the adults are adorable, and seeing their innocence while surrounded by bloodshed is heartbreaking. War is hell.
