-rep Not sure who this person is, but he keeps telling me about this thing called "soaking"? And that my beautiful country side home in Utah in on his radar? I keep hearing loud truck noises outside my house. Not sure if it's him, but it's really giving me the heeby jeebies. I would not interact and block on sight.
