This game is good enough to get me to get off my butt and give it a positive review
Gameloft has made a lot of Oregon Trail games but they're all mobile based and were hit or miss
This has to be the best thing Gameloft has ever made
Wonderful graphics, great replay value and it tickles the nostalgia in all the right ways
might even encourage a new generation of kids to throw their keyboards after dying of dysentery for the 100th time

Pros:
BOATS!
Fires
Quick matches
Engaging gameplay with just the right amount of difficulty
Can be enjoyed for free

Cons:
Loot boxes (seriously?)
People with a lot of money gain a lot of advantages
Matchmaking can be cruddy, especially at the higher tiers

After hearing about WoWS for a while, I decided to try it and so far I like it. I can see where the complaints about pay to win come from but at the same time, it doesn't effect my overall enjoyment of the game. Fun can most assuredly be had for free. It helps to find a group of friends to play with, though. There are definitely much much worse free to play games out there. 8/10

I've been playing this since it came out in 2005. Quite possibly my favorite PC Game of all time. The dated graphics and sometimes clunky controls don't take away from the awesomeness of being a salty pirate.

Disclaimer: THIS GAME IS NOT AS SHINY AS FIGHT NIGHT! It's only $10 and developed by a smaller company. If you want total boxing simulation fun time, buy a console and support EA's decsision to ignore the PC gamer community.

If you are in the mood for a boxing arcade game, Real Boxing is the game you are looking for. It uses the Unreal engine and it's obvious imediately. However, the use of the engine in this case is rather uniqe and it's neat to see a developer using the engine for something other than an FPS. The single player mode is pretty short but it is useful for building up stats to kick ass at multiplayer mode. The training mini games are pretty repetitive and snooze-worthy but getting good at timing is pretty useful too in the long run.

Some reviews say that this game is nothing but a button mashing fest. I have found that having a strategy and timing punches works a lot better than just button mashing, especially when your character's stats are low. The controls are pretty straight forward and are similar to other fighting games on PC. Having a gamepad is ideal.

Don't let the bad reviews fool you. This game is a pretty good experience for the money providing you aren't expecting a Fight Night clone. It's kind of a shiny, 3D version of Super Punch Out so if you loved that as a kid, consider giving Real Boxing a try.

Early Access Review
F2P FPS games often get boring after a few hours. The constant grind leaves nothing to the imagination and whiny 12 year olds ruin what little fun is left. HAWKEN is mostly free of juvinile behavior and even though leveling up takes forever, constant play doesn't get terribly old. Very similar to Mech Assult for Xbox.
Lots of reviews complain about this game being pay to play but I have seen plenty of players mop up with the starter mech. Skill alone will win games.
