Minesweeper with various rules. Works exceptionally well even on low end systems.

Certainly would advise as a companion to pair with flash cards (for someone new to hiragana) or just as a refresher. I know my hiragana good enough but this is a fun way to touch on the odd ones I mistake at times.

It has some basic games for each level that give you steam unlocks. So something to drive you to 100% the game/study.

It has a little bit of history and geography as you move through each level. This is kept simple, one or two sentences, which I think works well not to take the player away from learning. Simple is good when you are trying to learn something foreign like hiragana.

It suggests some mnemonics but doesn't force it. Again, simple is good.

Do recommend.

Fun play through. Would certainly advise for a parent with a young child as many things are on rails.

Now concerning the rails as an adult, this can get rather boring at time. Things tend to drag. I actually feel they did a better job with the pacing in It Takes Two.

Characters are not very likeable imao. Dialogue can be very annoying at times which can take away from the game itself (as its non stop chit chat). Personally I would have preferred fictional characters rather than the real world trope.. but hey I understand that doesn't mean other people won't enjoy it.

Clever engine tech, notably towards the end. I think thats the stand out thing about this game. Wish the puzzles were a little more complex, less indicators and less quick-time-like-events (tap button now). Again, less rails would be nice.

Anyhow have played all the games from this developer and will no doubt play the next one. The focus on coordinated co-op is great. Keep up the good work. Hopefully we get a more complicated game with these systems one day.

Loving it. Its basically MH Worlds 2.0, updated systems to make the game more approachable. Big monsters have all had a good point of difference so far. Ton of fun.

Great little time sink. Relaxing music, no stress, cute art style.

Get mix of strategy, tension, lols and chaos. Would recommend for some co-op shenanigans.

Excellent co-op experience. If you liked the first game then you will like this.

As people say its a bit of a mix of Diablo + Souls + TPS fun with a healthy dose of exploration, puzzles, mystery etc.

The Godfather if farming sims. Solid co-op experience.
